  1. I'd love that. He's a quality DE. Hopefully just reaching his prime . Had a very good 2019 season. Starting to click on pass rushes and always been elite vs run. I'd really love this
  2. I'd agree if I Never saw the behind the scenes draft video and how much Beane loved Ford.
  3. Very underrated group . Maybe not an elite unit , but a very good one with quality depth.. love this deal if true
  4. Hughes gets consistent pressure , just doesn't have the sack #s. Ended the season probably playing his best game against Hou and Tunsil , had 3 sacks and multiple pressures , which is a great sign moving forward. Get him the best possible DE on the other end , cut Murphy , he's due about 9 mil and we only get 1.8 mil in dead cap hit for cutting him.
  5. Norman has that dog in him , that doesn't go away. I love the signing most because he was never touted for his speed or athletic ability, so his age isn't a huge concern , he relies on his football i.q and instincts and fits this scheme like a glove. I think this turns out to be a great signing
  6. I know it's doubtful we pursue him , just interesting. The NFL landscape is going to look alot different for a bunch of teams in 2020
  7. I seriously wonder if Beane isn't working his magic on acquiring CMC. His comments , "I wish I could have brought him to Buf with me " were very strong and admirable.
  8. Panthers wtf .. ??‍♂️ If you can't see tweet, Panthers send 27 y/o OG Trai Turner to Chargers for 32 y/o LT Russel Okung Turner is a 5x pro bowler
  9. We have no clue about how tough are schedule will be . KC/SF will be tough but Tenn/Pit/Sea should be tough. Oak/Ari/Den/LAC/NYJ x 2/Mia x 2/ we should be favorites. NE x2 and Rams are a mystery. Schedule is really a mystery compared to this year. If NE takes another step back , it can actually be a fairly easy ride to 10-12 wins and a Division title. We have no GLARING holes and will bolster the weaker positions. We're in prime position to take over the East for years to come.
  10. I'm gonna go with a soft pass on this one ?
  11. That's why I see us re signing Shaq (lack of talent in draft). Try to get him for 3 years and have an out after 2 years if he's underperforming. You let Johnson develop and have 3 solid vets in rotation. Draft a DE in the 4th
  12. Seeing that play in the Texans game just infuriated me . I forgot how the ref avoided the football like the plauge , telling everyone that's a live football. Then to not even have a formal review after was pretty ridiculous. The guy never took a knee , by rule that's a live ball . Otherwise , like Peter said , I'm happy and grateful McDermott is running the show. Hea going to be our guy for a Longgg time
  13. Tre deserves a shout out for that pick vs Miami. We would have at least given up 3. Amazing , game and momentum changing play play.. We Scored 7 on next drive.
  14. That's true. Both games were amazing, primetime on the road, underdogs and we actually won! Good times
  15. I remember feeling just pure euphoria at this moment. Still heartbroken about the game but this interesting rendition of Krumping by Allen was probably my favorite memory of the season. It was a pretty humorous and just joyous moment. I think even in defeat , we arrived as Legit contenders in the AFC
  16. Unreal how bad they regressed. Also feel Telvin Smith semi retiring was a big part. Dude is that good
  17. While everyone was gushing about him and Garrett and Odell , I just kept asking how that OL will look without their best lineman. Awful trade.
  18. Really? Am I wrong? (Asking seriously) I thought I remembered most of Twitter and TBD being very surprised. Mainly because we all viewed Shady as RB1 still and signing Gore/Yeldon. I thought ppl were a little upset
  19. I feel McKenzie is a poor mans Gabriel. I like McKenzie though for the role he plays. Has been a solid pick up
  20. The scheme didn't fit him though. He was never a good man CB. He doesn't have good speed. He does have elite instincts. For his contract in Wash , it was a no brainier to release him. But if McD believes he can contribute , I trust him , especially being a CB. I personally would love to grab a rookie CB in round 1 if they're high on . Pair him with Tre for the next 4+ years.
  21. He has been great. A wonderful signing but we already invested heavily in Star , a 1st rounder on Ed and get our 3rd rounder, Dirty Harry back next year. I don't think it's wise to invest heavily in Phillips. Especially with Oliver, who I predict will become an ALL PRO within a couple years.
  22. I would be a little baffled by the pick but I have full confidence in this coaching staff and Front office and trust their decision making. But I thought McD was comfortable with Neal in that Big Nickel role. So I'd be surprised to see addressing this in Rd 1 We have an elite D , I'm all for building on a strength and building a potentially all time great Defense.. Remember when Singletary was picked and ppl kinda lost it on here. We had Shady,Gore,Yeldon and ppl felt we just wasted a 3rd on a loaded position. Turned out to be a steal and RB wasn't as strong as we thought.
