  1. Hahahaha!!!! It seems his skill in upgrading the offensive line is surpassed only by his mastery of the English language.
  2. You shouldn't hate.
  3. This team has more than one problem. Throwing the ball deep more wouldn't, by itself, make this a 4-0 team. Also, I don't hate.
  4. You big bully. Stop picking on us little guys.
  5. ??? Escape goats? This isn't some kind of kinky sex toy, is it?
  6. There are other teams I'll watch, but usually to track my fantasy football players or something like that. I did want to go to the Ravens @ Iggles game this year, but it fell on the same day as the Cardinals game. That said, there's no other team out there in the NFL that I would gear up to watch regularly. In college there are a few besides Penn State that I like to watch (if you like to see an offense that is exciting, watch Utah play.....seriously!), but not in the NFL.
  7. I'm sure that's why we're 0-4. It has to be that. All we need to do is thow the deep ball early. Brilliant!
  8. Guiness, eh? That reminds me.................I'll have to remember to go to Jiffy Lube some time in the next couple of weeks before I come up for the Cardinals game.
  9. Thanks, teams! Now, I'm up to 34-29-2. At least I'm over the .500 mark overall now.
  10. It means you're preaching to the choir. Donahoe is the one who needs enlightenment.
  11. He did seem to tear up, didn't he? I like Georgia, but I did think they were a bit overrated. They're still a good team, but even going into the season I didn't think they were one of the top 3 teams in the nation.
  12. AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was a heartbreaking game to watch. That reminded me of the overtime loss to Iowa a couple years ago in terms of how depressing and heartbreaking a loss it was. Damn.
  13. Maybe talent isn't the right word. I keep going back to what Lori said that BADOL said once about how we have 'talent' but we don't have 'players'. Maybe that's it. IF these guys are indeed talented, they are not showing it with much consistency on Sundays.
  14. The mountain is at One Bills Drive. Go tell it there.
  15. Everything is proceeding as you have forseen, Scott?
  16. No, but if you find out, let me know. I have the ticket and tivo, and have not received any highlights.
  17. Well said. Like you, I have not given up either. But, they have to show and prove. I don't automatically go into the game thinking Bledsoe will throw for 300 yards and 3 or 4 TDs with no picks, or that Travis will rush for 150 yards, or that the defensive front will come up with 5 or 6 sacks. They have to show me something.
  18. It's a favorite of mine, but not the best I've ever tasted. I had some really good brews in the years I spent in Germany.
  19. It's just plain laziness in a lot of cases, John. It's easier to try to run around an offensive lineman than trying an inside stunt move or taking the lineman on.
  20. My point is, for any positives, we've seen just as many negatives. As a fan, I remain hopeful for better things, but it will be something I'll believe when I see it.
  21. I agree on the Amstel and even the Sam, but I'm not a real big Coors Light fan. I don't dislike it, but it's not one of my first choices either.
  22. You got it, Frez. I was at the Browns-Steelers game and watcing Roethlisberger perform was very refreshing. He's for real, folks.
  23. The way we took the lead, or the way we pissed it away?
  24. Yeah, the pass rush is not very good right now. No consistency from ANY of them, including Schobel.
