Here's a link to Target's site. They have it for $39.99, which I think is standard about now. If you're like me and don't mind getting used games, here's a link to half.com's available copies. I've ordered games from there a few times and have never been dissatisfied.

I still haven't picked up Halo2. I'm waiting to find it cheaper on half.com or something like that. I want the collector's edition too. I'll wait a while. I waited to get the GTA double pack and only paid $25 for it.

Rocky and Star Wars are good suggestions. I have the Rocky game, but not the Star Wars. Not yet, that is. Here's a few I really like: Kabuki Warriors Shrek Simpsons Road Rage Splinter Cell Monopoly Sports Games: NCAA Football (THE BEST football game you can get!) ESPN 2k5 Madden (05 is average; 02 and 04 are better)

Thanks to everyone who participated. We had no 'dead teams' messing things up, and for that I am very appreciative. Early Roll Call For Steelers @ Bills Game

Sounds good to me, Lori. Weather permitting, since we're staying in Erie, I'd be up for something. -

You can tell her that yourself when we come to visit Paige. -
Congrats, then. I've already won one league (FSP Assassins are ahead 153-152 and neither team has any players in tonight's game) and lost in another one (Boiler Room Brawlers are losing 62-55 and the opponent has McNabb tonight while I have nobody). That leaves me with only one more chance to win and that team (Total Chaos) has its work cut out for it.

Yeah. He sucks. Fire him NOW!
-
I agree. He's a much more mature QB than most rookies. He'll be just fine. I am impressed with what Evans can do, though. I think both teams did well with their first round picks. Barring injury, I expect to see both players become great pros.

Who's Aeneas Williams?
-
Actually, I think Posey is doing well. They do need more depth behind the starters, but I have no problem with the 3 starters we have in there, other than Fletcher's coverage problems, which can be masked with a solid pass rush and better support from the safeties, which seems to be improving.

When will you begin your tailgate Sunday
R. Rich replied to taterhill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
At Denny's? Not around here, it isn't. I don't know if their menus are the same everywhere. Too bad, because I used to love their chili. It was one of the best things about going to Denny's. -

I don't tailgate. -
You're probably right. The tickets will be more on eBay than whatever you'd pay at the game, I'm sure. Good luck. Stop by Lot 1, Pole 5 before the game.

Is there anything to complain about now?

No, I didn't. -
Playing to Rest Players and Avoid Injuries
R. Rich replied to JohninMinn.'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Exactly what would the Steelers have to gain by putting guys like Burress and Roethlisberger out there, in a game that is meaningless to them? Giving them this game off means they don't have to play for 3 weeks, which should help them recover to the point where they can be effective in the playoffs. If I were in the same position as Cowher, I'd sit both of them and maybe even Bettis. -

Uhhhhhhhhhhh (Homer-like drooling)!!!!!! -
Good post. I'm still partial to using the 2nd round pick on the best interior OL available. If Elton Brown of Virginia or CJ Brooks of Maryland are there, that should be the pick. However..... An impact player at safety would also be great. Ernest Shazor of Michigan would be a great addition to this defense, if he's still around at our 2nd round pick. If he's there, I'd take him and hope to land a guy like G Chris Kemoeatu of Utah in the 3rd round. A name to watch at OLB is Rian Wallace of Temple. He's raw, but has a wealth of athletic ability. If he's there in the 4th or 5th, it would be a nice pick. I'm okay with Lindell at kicker. I certainly wouldn't pass up a great guard or safety prospect for Nugent.

This team is NOT overrated! Losing the first 4 games was just a ploy to get people to stop paying attention to the Bills. McNally is a genius, McGahee is second only to the late Walter Payton, Evans is perhaps the best to ever play at his position and even though we haven't seen much of Losman, he's great too. C'mon, Kelly! Get with the program. -
Around the parking lots, I'm sure you'll find plenty of folks willing to sell you tickets. I don't think it'll be that much. Considering how much it costs to get tickets in Baltimore, I KNOW it won't be that much. As for being sure that you'll be able to "grab a pair", uh......well.........

He can see that he's going to have a fun time keeping the jerks off of her, too.
