  1. Stop copying mine, Jack.
  2. If they ever finish the 'Nothing But Trouble' trilogy, it could be special.
  3. Stop all the Baby Jackal drama.
  4. Heck, I wouldn't pay a grand to see N'sync, let alone Streisand.
  5. Congrats. I envy all of you who have kids. Time of birth: 3:47am Weight: 6lbs, 8oz Name: Brandon
  6. I don't care for her soapboxing on political issues, but I'd hardly say she's not talented.
  7. I ain't gone nowhirrs, girly.
  8. Don't forget my 17,746 as R. Rich too, Edward.
  9. Ah yes, those Stiller fans... I wonder how long it took them to set up TradeRoethlisberger.com; maybe just a bit longer than FireCowher.com last year. I think the shoulder was the issue @ first, but he seems healthy now. He's back to flying all over the field.....only now, he's overpursuing plays and getting way out of position.
  10. I know. Damn, if only I had taken Jacksonville. That would've given me back to back 41-0 wins and put me about 25 points in the overall lead.
  11. The Pittsburgh game wasn't pretty. SD was smart in that they attacked the Pittsburgh blitz to the outside w/ plenty of screen passes. Cowher got outcoached by Marty in that Pittsburgh did not adjust well to the Chargers' halftime adjustments. I'm not going to second guess a defensive mastermind like LeBeau, but I know I'd love to see more of Bryant McFadden (should eventually take Townsend's starting job) and rookie Anthony Smith (he was very impressive in camp/preseason, but I haven't seen much since) out there.
  12. 13-1? Yeah, in my dreams. I had a chance to get to 11-3 for the week going into the last 2 games. Thanks, AFC North.
  13. I'm glad she's out now. Hope she's feeling better very soon.
  14. She's attractive.
  15. The corners who can excel in the cover 2 aren't always the flashy types like Atlanta's D Hall or even Clements, so that may be why they're sometimes devalued. But, like you said, it's not correct to say that corners aren't important in the cover 2. They have to have good recognition skills, be athletic to cover a lot of ground, and they have to be physical. Guys like Penn State's Alan Zemaitis, now a rookie for Tampa Bay, are ideal for that scheme: athletic (the guy has a great vertical leap), good football skills, and tough enough to handle run support.
  16. I'll be up for the next 2 home games, so I'll look for you then. Did you talk to Jack before buying season tickets? I did. I didn't get the tickets I wanted (right along the tunnel wall), but I'm pretty close to it and I like the seats I have.
  17. I didn't see you there. Your tickets are in front of mine, right? I'm in Row 11.
  18. Well, @ least you showed up for that game.
  19. What a horrible section.
  20. I was there on a recruiting trip my senior year of high school (86-87). I heard all about the crash in '71; heartbreaking story. I never would've thought that they'd go on to win a national title in 1AA and then move up to 1A and be a competitive team in the MAC. Good for the Herd.
  21. Not me. I'm single.
  22. I tried that once, but I didn't really understand the scoring very well. My team was pretty sorry. If I could get the hang of the scoring and all, I'd try it again.
  23. Most married men around here have done just that.
