  1. Goodnight World.
  2. Newton is gone from New England, I suspect they pursue Jimmy G or Brissett and maybe draft a guy like Mac Jones in round 2 too.
  3. https://www.sportscasting.com/nfl-concussion-protocol-explained-how-does-it-work/ During every NFL game, spotters watch the players on the field. A few will be on the sidelines, and a few will watch in a booth from above. If they spot anything suspicious with a play or athlete, they call a timeout. Someone will escort the person off the field to receive an evaluation. In addition to the spotters, each team has an assigned neurotrauma expert who monitors players from the sidelines. They help monitor and evaluate a player’s condition. Some signs this team looks for are loss of balance and loss of consciousness after a hit. They watch for signs of confusion, disorientation, head clutching, facial injuries, and slow movements following a hard-hitting play. Whenever they spot these signs, the player will go to the medical tent, locker room, or hospital for further evaluation. That’s when the concussion protocol goes into effect for the athlete.
  4. Erm isn't that two steps since there's an and in there?
  5. Kwame Cavil wants you to hold his beer.
  6. Nothing official yet but appears they want to https://www.syracuse.com/buffalo-bills/2021/01/bills-signing-jake-kumerow-to-practice-squad-per-sources.html
  7. .2 over 40 yards? Then inside the 20 you're talking .1 seconds. At 6'6 Kroft's 2 inches could be important against a CB that's 5'11 or 6 feet.
  8. I agree as be wise to ler Tyler Kroft play if Davis can't go. He is good as anyone in the redzone. Then use Singletary/McKenzie more in the passing game.
  9. KC has injuries at RB as CEH is still recovering and is wise to avoid them trying to get one of backs or even Green Bay or the Bucs doing the same this close to the end game.
  10. Hopefully Patrick's foot is still bothering him. As one of the things that is a key to his success, is like Josh, that he can move away from rushers and make a long pass downfield. If we can keep him in the pocket and collapse it quickly he won't be able to make big plays downfield.
  11. Yep look at Cleveland and the 3rd and 14 when Henne ran for 13 yards.
  12. The question is if Beniemy fails do you fire him and dump Watson? As you're putting your team in a tough spot hiring coaches based on players input. Especially one's that no other team seems to want.
  13. Kroft might get active as remember Gilliam getting hurt.

  15. KC has injuries in the secondary, I'd imagine they'd blitz to try and get Josh to make bad decisions or get him down. Yet it's risky because if our oline protects like has most of the year Josh should be able to go through his progressions and find an open man.

  17. Toss in creating a Go Fund Me page for fighting a disease. I could see maybe to support an individual victim of it.
  18. Really? You'd think they'd hate the Chiefs because of LaVeon Bell. In terms of the Pats rooting for us, am sure has more do to with wanting Tom Brady to lose than actually see us win.
  19. That's why I'd hope that the independent doctor who is supposed to confirm what team's doctors say prevents the NFL from letting this happens, yet am sure some get easy passes because they look the other way but with way Mahomes looked after that hit I'd hope for his sake they don't and to a degree the league's sake.
  20. Would the league put him in jeopardy for ratings? Or possibly a major lawsuit from him if he gets even more injured for playing when he shouldn't have? There's a reason they put these protocol in place for both their and the player's protection. Fact is if he doesn't pass them he isn't playing Sunday, simple as that. No player how good they are is above the league as we saw with Brady getting suspended.
  21. This could be a trade down year as there could be a team that wants to get a QB late in the first similar to what the Ravens did to get Lamar Jackson on 2018. I might do it if I'm the Bills to recoup some of the lost picks in the Diggs trade. As yes we don't have many immediate needs but still feel we need to work on depth at LB and depending on free agency may need some help along the offensive line. We also will likely need some help on the D-line.
  22. These are the drives I want to see 5-6 minutes drives that lead to TDs. This game is going to be a marathon not a sprint.
  23. Will Watkins play? That said to me beating KC is keeping Kelce at Bay. Yes, Hill is dangerous too. Also if Mahomes does play making sure we make him earn every yard important too. Obviously the offense has to step up too as tbh they've been mildly disappointing thus far in the playoffs. I want to see more Beasley, McKenzie and Singletary against the Chiefs.
  24. Reed got crunched yet we shot our selves in the foot in that game as we go 3 and out and rarely killed clock once we took the lead after the Bruce Smith safety. Toss in Kelly's clock management in the final drive was questionable to me.
  25. It's memorable to the 1993 game against Miami to me as the Dolphins played us tough that year in the regular season as we split the season 1-1. There was even thought Kelly should stay on the bench since Reich beat the Oilers and Steelers.
