  1. Italian. Growing up in an Italian American household sausage and peppers was and still is a common meal. Infact I used some last night with spaghetti and sauce instead of meatballs which always a nice change up.
  2. I thought it was the Oilers in the early 90s.
  3. Why can't there be a universal rule for passwords? As some sites require a minimum 8 characters and some you can't have two numbers in a row and others must have a character. /End rant
  4. When the card was revealed we had pick #7 my initial thoughts we we'd draft Matthew Boldy and stand by it as this k he should be there and could give us someone to pair up with Mittlestadt in the 2nd line in two years.
  5. Glad someone caught the gist ? Just trying to give an update to a classic post.
  6. It's taken this long? Well someone had to do it, yes all three of them!!
  7. I still don't have a name for it yet...? Ingredients 1 box (16 oz) rotini pasta 1/3 cup dill pickle juice (from the pickle jar) 2 cups chopped baby dill pickles 1 block (8 oz) Colby Jack cheese, cubed small 1 small white onion, finely chopped Creamy Dill Dressing 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1/3 cup dill pickle juice (from the pickle jar) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (or 1 tablespoon dried dill) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Instructions Cook pasta according to package directions. Don't forget to add some salt to the boiling water before adding the pasta. I add about 1 teaspoon, give or take. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Add 1/3 cup of the pickle juice to the drained and rinsed pasta and let it sit while you prepare the rest. (Move the pasta from the colander into a mixing bowl and then add the pickle juice) Chop the dill pickles, and cheese into small cubes/pieces. Finely chop the white onion. Drain the pasta again that was sitting in the pickle juice. Add it to a large bowl along with the chopped pickles, cheese, and white onion. In small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and pour over the pasta salad. Stir everything together to combine well. Salad can be eaten right away but I prefer it cold, and if you do too, then cover it and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
  8. Obsession? Not hardly but it was worth noting that Kelly and Reed have a history of bad blood, am sure it's gone by now but I was just putting it out there that it might not is all.
  9. As an adult I can tell you Jim Kelly and Andre Reed had issues off the field dealing with Laurie Lisowski. Maybe Jim still holds a grudge.
  10. but but it wasn't Flutie's fault Trace Armstrong hit him so hard he fumbled with the game on the line in 1998. [/Flutie apologist impression]
  11. He was thinking that Flutie was horrible down the stretch and RJ was lights out in the seasonal finale. Or he didn't have a choice and Ralph made him play RJ.
  12. You forgot Billy Joe "I didn't read the playbook" Hobert who'd I put there instead of Coy Wire.
  13. It does, I can't recall seeing anything like this from the team since the early 90s days. Kudos to the front office to bring in a guy like Hyde that put something like this together.
  14. The ICE tirades and him ready to hand in his Bills fan card after losses are the foundation of this board.
  15. No Artie left five or so years before Eric the Midget died.
  16. Actually Uptown Girl was written for/in honor of Elle McPherson and Brinkley. As Billy was dating Elle when he started writing it but they broke up, he started seeing Brinkley and finished the song.
  17. Hyper Bills. I've been around since then too. The draft threads were epic with debates with Neeraj, John Paworski (sp) etc. I remember fondly the 1996 draft as the debates on which WR be best for Bills. Most wanted Bobby Engram or Derrick Mayes. Not many though Marvin Harrison ever get past the Rams. I remember thinking Amani Toomer be best since he played at Michigan with Todd Collins.
