  1. Allen is EXACTLY as advertised. Strong arm and a whole bunch of the same negatives as in college. Hopefully he gets better, but I never thought he would be much and he has done nothing to convince me otherwise.
  2. 1. I already presented you with government proof that campaign finance violation is a crime despite what you maintain. Any retort? 2. https://www.latimes.com/politics/la-na-pol-trump-russians-legal-analysis-20170711-story.html This disputes your primary presumption as to whether it is legal to get information from a foreign government in order to win an election. There are numerous other examples of lawyers saying the same exact thing. 3. So, who framed Trump in regards to the Trump Tower meeting? Since you maintain the tower meeting was legal, please explain how you frame someone when no crime was committed. 4. Why did the Trump team lie about the purpose of the meeting if it was legal? 5. How did multiple members of Trump's associates know of the Wikileaks info before it was released? Giuliani, Stone and Corsi all talked about it before it was general knowledge. 6. Why did the abolition of sanctions come from a Russian spy at a Trump press conference? 7. Trump has changed his reasons for firing Comey. Why? Which version is true? 8. Why do you think Trump refused to release his taxes? 9. Why has Trump changed his story as to whether he knew Putin before and after the election? 10. Why does Trump claim he never had business dealings with Russia when his own son says the opposite? 11. Why do you believe Trump is the only person who has seen the Intel on the murder of Khashoggi who doesn't believe MBS did it? 12. Why do you believe Trump has failed to obey the Emoluments clause? 13. Why are countries where he has properties treated differently than countries that don't have his properties? 14. Why did every American bank refuse to do business with Trump? 15. Why did he end up borrowing from Deutsche bank, now known primarily for money laundering Russian assets? 16. Why during the housing collapse was Trump able to sell a property he paid 41 million for and resell it for 95 million in cash? Was the Russian billionaire that stupid or was it money laundering? There's lots more, but you already know that. But the Rhino is convinced all of this is bull or a smokescreen. No Russian connections here. Yeah, you're the clued in to the truth guy.
  3. If it's so simple a few sentences would answer it. We don't know the answer to that. That's kind of the point. I imagine we will get an answer at some point.
  4. I think I understand your narrative. If something is a potential problem for you to discuss, you go into a huff and claim it a distraction. On the Trump Tower question, do you believe it was about adoption despite what the emails said and no I am not going to go through hundreds of pages of your "evidence" to get your answer. Who ran the setup, by the way, and why, and what is the evidence of the setup?
  5. I was there a couple months ago. Just because Trump went bankrupt there doesn't mean they all are. The game is tougher because there are more casinos and because of lotteries, but the Not hate was crowded. No idea about their financials or chances of surviving. Hell, NYC OTB went under because of corruption.
  6. You're giving me opinions of people not involved in the investigation. I can do the same with opposite opinions, so I'm not sure of your point. Opinions of outsiders are worth nothing no matter their opinion. What intrigues me a bit is you sometimes present yourself as an insider or connected to someone within the investigation. Any opinion on the Russian spy at Trump's press conference, yet?
  7. What's new is Cohen stating he was instructed by Trump. Has that been presented before and I missed it? Another question I posed to you that I believe you did not answer was when I asked you your thoughts as to why Trump called on a Russian spy at his press conference, which elicited Trumps statement on getting rid of sanctions against Russia. Apologies in advance if I missed it.
  8. It doesn't matter what bankrupted you if you can get others to absorb your losses. It's why the banks in America dried up for Trump. I wonder where he went for cash after that. We will find out, though, and his sons have already dropped the breadcrumbs on the trail. Stealing from others doesn't bother his sycophants because it's not their money. https://www.dropbox.com/s/h2cch32zv1e1zx7/fedprosecutionofelectionoffenses2017.pdf?dl=0 See page 4.
  9. Yesterday revealed a criminal act committed by Trump, so I am not sure what you're blathering about, but your name is accurate.
  10. The "new information" is that Trump and Cohen committed a campaign finance illegality. How that information clears Trump, as he says is, not very logical.
  11. "Trust me" is a phrase that liars often use. You used an awful lot of words to say little. At least Rhino says things.
  12. I already wrote that collusion isn't a crime. Conspiracy would be the crime. You don't know what attempting to collude Is? Really? I find that difficult to believe. Here is Giuliani talking about attempted collusion: https://theweek.com/speedreads/791193/rudy-giuliani-now-arguing-that-attempted-russian-collusion-not-crime
  13. The meeting in Trump Tower is proof of attempted collusion unless you believe that the meeting was about adoption despite what has already been revealed through emails. I am amused that you think you are part of some sort of exhaustive investigation that has revealed the truth to you. Unless you are working with Mueller's team, you have not seen an iota of what they have seen. Do you work with Mueller? If so, I admit you know infinitely more than anyone else here. If not, you are just another self-proclaimed expert on the Internet. That you think someone who disagrees with you is operating with a bias while you are not, is quite bizarre. We all operate with some bias. On a related subject, what did you think, if anything, about Trump bringing up the end of sanctions in an answer to the question of a Russian reporter who has since turned out to be a spy? If you hadn't heard of it or thought about it, I'd be curious to know if you think it means anything.
  14. To date means zero. I know you know an investigation works. At least most of your arguments are rational even if I disagree with them, unlike some here who just post angry nonsense. By the way, have you seen the redacted filings? I haven't. Do you think it's even possible that there may be some evidence in Flynn's testimony? We do know from the redacted material that there are at least 2 criminal investigations currently under way. If they only contained evidence of crimes committed by Flynn, Mueller would not have asked for no jail time for him. This does not mean there exists proof of conspiracy or other crimes, but it points to some alleged crimes being committed by people other than Flynn. Since we know that deals are never cut to go after underlings, we know that the target(s) are higher in the food chain than Flynn. The only people I can think of that are higher in this foodchain might be Manafort, Kushner, Don Jr., Ivanka, and the President. It doesn't mean they are guilty, but it absolutely means that someone in that group will be charged with some crime(s). The best argument for your side will be if none of them involve conspiracy.
  15. You are the one who has already arrived at a conclusion without the evidence. One of us will be proven right. That you believe that anything in terms of legality or illegality has already been proven is odd to me considering we have not seen the findings. Let's see what is presented in the final report. If nothing damnable is proven, I'll admit my guess was wrong. If the reverse takes place, I'm guessing your team will have a new bunch of reasons not to believe the evidence. Just from Trump's public statements we know he has committed obstruction. The first time was in his interview with Lester Holt. By the way, attempted collusion has already been proven, but collusion isn't the question, and it's not a criminal offense. The open question and only thing that matters pertains to possible conspiracy.
  16. I often make the mistake that people understood how investigations work. Expecting evidence from the first day of an investigation shows a distinct lack of understanding of the process. Evidence comes out when findings are presented. You really didn't know that? If there is no evidence, Trump and his supporters can crow about it. Until then we don't know the results of the investigation. I know which way I'm betting. You know which way you are betting, but that we don't have the results yet is only proof of innocence to the less bright and the blanket deniers. Give me some examples of people who have been wrongly convicted in "perjury traps".
  17. How do you determine one person is guilty when they plead the 5th and another person might be? You can only be caught committing perjury if you knowingly lie. You can't be trapped.
  18. I know I'm shocked that someone who works for Fox is backing Trump. Members of a farm team tend not to disparage the parent club.
  19. The point remains either taking the 5th is or is not an admission of guilt. It doesn't depend upon who your friends are. I don't think it's an admission of guilt. It's a right. Trump' s opinion is that if you like him it's fine. Otherwise it's an admission of guilt. What's your view on the 5th or does it change along the lines of Trump?
  20. Kelly waves bye-bye. Next.
  21. Criminals tend to hang out with other criminals. Funny how often Trump supporters are forced to look the other way and feign disinterest when it's yet another nail in their leader's coffin. What's scary is that no matter what damning evidence comes out, they will find excuses for it and continue supporting him. There will never be a shortage of idiots.
  22. And Trump says Stone has guts for taking the 5th. Trump thinks taking the 5th shows you're a mobster unless It's an associate of his. Then it shows guts. Sometimes it's too easy picking this guy apart. Not that it's not fun.
  23. https://www-m.cnn.com/2018/12/06/politics/north-carolina-house-election-robeson-county/index.html?r=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cnn.com%2F Noticed you can't dispute anything here, but can't say I'm shocked.
