I think a lot depends on how well McCarron does personally. If you are asking as of right now with McCarron being a 5th round backup to an underwhelming QB at Cinci with a small body of pro work, Peterman being a 2nd year player whose pro resume from last year isn't the greatest (being generous here) and Josh Allen being a recent rookie draftee... I would say that is a fair statement. There are a few teams who are in a similar situation.

I agree and wouldn't mind bringing in Eric Decker for a visit also.

When I first read this...all I could think of was Flutie and Rick Jeanerette...forgot about Rob Johnson.

I am not sure which news is more exciting ...Dez's visit to Buffalo on Monday or that Josh Allen picked Blue Cheese over Ranch on his wings.

I am not sure if I want this to be true more now because I would really like the Bills to sign Dez Bryant or his signing would turn DBilz2500 into a board legend.

Does anyone want to volunteer to go to the Airport tomorrow as part of the welcoming committee and hold up "Welcome To Buffalo Dez" signs?

I think Rosen's biggest risk is his lack of mobility, elusiveness and foot speed which can lead to the hits that cause concussions and injuries. You would need a strong O line that could protect him and hold the pocket while his WRs run their routes. With our current Offensive Line and Receiving core, would he be anymore pro ready or successful than Josh Allen?

So in summary, I can assume you don't like Josh Allen.

He would look good in a Bill's jersey.

Maybe Dez Bryant has numerous friends named Bill that he is planning on meeting on Monday.
