I don't disagree with you but his stats his senior year are more reflective of his transfer to a better program and talent at Wisconsin in my opinion. For 3 years his stats at NC State were consistent at 57% and then he jumps up 15% to 73% with the Badgers.

How about Russel Wilson's stats at North Carolina State?

I don't agree with you on the Allen for Rosen....I have been an Allen fan since last year...but that's all good. If it were reversed I would be a Rosen guy....he is a good QB also.

Yes and his stats were pretty consistent at NC State prior to going to a better program. So do you think that a 57% passer at NC State for 3 years magically jumped to 72.8 at Wisconsin or possibly the program and talent level had something to do with it?

I was just doing a hypothetical of where I was at pre draft. Basically saying we ended up with both players I was debating over who I would rather have if they fell to 12. I didn't think either would be there at 12 to be honest and was surprised when Edmunds fell.

Assuming we made no trades and both Allen and Edmunds would have fell to pick 12 (this was pre draft ) I was debating on which outcome I would rather have....Allen at 12 and Vander Esch at 22 or Edmunds at 12 and Jackson/Rudolph at 22

This context could be made for any rookie coming into the league. If he works out, I will love him and say I knew he would be great all along or if he is bad I will hate him say I told you so. There are no guarantees. I like what I have seen from both Beane and McDermott since they took over especially in comparing them to the regimes that preceeded them. They wont be right 100 % of the time, but if they are right more than they are wrong, it should lead to a very successful football team...maybe even a great one. I trust their judgement and if this means I am drinking the Kool-Aid then so be it.

How about either Luke Joekel or Greg Robinson as a reclamation project? Both are young and highly touted out of college but haven't been able to put it together at the pro level.

I posted on another message board about 2 months ago about a caller to WGR (Howard and Jeremy) I heard on my way to work ......He said that he was in a restaurant and saw Brandon Beane there and he introduced himself to Beane. He said he told Beane that he was real impressed with the Bills making the playoffs and the moves that the Bills had made. He then said he asked Beane if he could tell him which Quarterback the Bills liked in the upcoming draft and that he figured he would be tight lipped about it but said that Beane answered by saying...We were hoping the kid from Wyoming would fly under the radar but it doesn't look like that is happening now. The caller sounded legit but who knows.
