The Jets are awful, don't get me wrong. However, the Browns have a considerable amount of talent on that team... They just need that spark.. I knew Russell Wilson was going to the playoffs before anyone in that class because of where his game was at... I was confident he'd threaten for the start ANYWHERE he landed.... IMWO, you have to believe a QB is that good in order to take him first overall.

He doesn't seem to be the solution either... Matt is 60-65 as a starter... He's a prime target to get shown up by a rookie.

Everyone loving Mayfield.... Unless I miss my guess, he'll be a Jet, and as such, NOT headed to the playoffs anytime soon.

I voted "other" because I expect a middling team like Detroit to get sick of Staffford at some point and have a kid like White on the sideline waiting... That team doesn't need a whole lot.. If for some reason Stafford goes down, he may never win the start back.

Nobody on offense, that's for sure... They can barely COACH that side of the ball, let alone assess talent. Honestly, I'm not holding out much hope for Daboll to be an improvement, but we'll see.

Losing can be part of a brilliant strategy to win more in the long run... I't's like offering a few pawns and a knight knowing your opponent will be in check shortly. Endgame is the real game. Obviously you can, since you're the only one that did.

It's a euphemism for procrastination, but in the context of this draft, It mean's "take a QB NOW"... I'd agree if I thought some 21 year old could reverse the culture we've adopted for over 2 decades... I think we need stud competitors at multiple positions in order to do that...

Sure there is, IF there's a plan behind it.... Many people could see their way to giving a 1st time coach, and GM some leeway in the W-L department. What they won't forgive, is mortgaging the future for a high draft pick, and then sucking anyway... It shows that you make bad decisions, have absolutely no plan, and are completely out of your depth in your field of choice... Tanking last year, and putting yourself in a great position to draft the QB of the future WITHOUT trading a chunk of that future away wouldn't be unwise.

Kickin' the can down the road, as in " Draft a QB now!" -It's a meme used to justify desperation... I like Drew Lock a whole lot, AND Malik Rosier... Nobody gets that move Lock does after a great pass!... He's putting on a backpack!.. As in, 'puttting the team on his back'... LOVE IT !. But does Patterson come out? I think It'll be Lock trading blows with Brett Rypien, and Malik Rosier, who is hugely underrated.

Wasn't worth it one bit... The Bills DID NOT control their own destiny in that playoff bid... TBH, it was a tad embarassing to watch all these desperate bills fans cheering for theBengals! -THEN, came the actual wildcard game, which was even more embarrassing... Starting Peterman after the break would have been the best move.There'll be no forgiveness for a losing season henceforth.
