  1. Sure... Don't let a thing like having zero clue what you're talking about shut you down... TBH, that's not as puzzling as the white-hot man-crush you have on Daniel Jeremiah... A man who's wacky grading scale has Carson Wentz four spots lower than RGIII, and Bortles coming in behind Johnny Manziel... It clearly has no basis in NFL reality.. Yet, here you are wanting to bet everything on a prospect Jeremiah ranks higher than someone who's proved he can post double digit wins in an NFL season! It's Crazy-talk! Just like your basis for this entire misnomered thread...
  2. Gotta admit...The O-line did look bad for Nate's series... Could also be that the D was motivated by the presence of a rookie...
  3. The personalities seem incompatible... But if it works, they have a sledgehammer... Rams O-line should also improve as a by-product.
  4. Full disclosure... I gamble. I'd feel more like the picks were "house" funds if we were set at ILB, DT, OT, WR, and TE... Since there are holes at these positions, it seems we're actually "down" a bit... IMO, whatever was scraped together can't all be dumped on a hand of blackjack, a spin of roulette, or in our case, a horse we got a tip on. We need to be wise... Move around... Little here.. Little there... Hit the blackjack table, then the OTB, red on roulette. -diversify, and build up slowly. I've spent 10 hours on a casino floor, and quadrupled my money... I've also busted out in under 10 minutes because I was desperate to come up BIG. I have no doubt that there'll be a time in the near future when we WILL be up, and playing with house funds... That time, IMWO, is not now.
  5. He'll be taken by the Pats... Then we'll get Korn-holed for sure...
  6. We simply cannot afford to leave this draft without Da'Ron Payne on our roster. GO Bills!
  7. Right... Because there's no way he can find blow and hot models in LA...
  8. Puh -leaze... Jeremiah's been all over the place with his wacky rankings. Check out this top 10 ranking from a couple years back! http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000647484/article/top-10-quarterback-draft-prospects-since-2011 Sure, I might find myself on an Island... But unlike you, I won't find myself at a casino using my personal credit cards as "house money".
  9. Thanks! -I asked you a SIMPLE question, and you couldn't process it. My mistake. #Housemoneyfordummies
  10. What exactly is the basis for this comparison? -Draft grades? College stats? Looks like he understands QB's about as much as you understand what the term "house money" means.
  11. I always thought were supposed to "shock" the monkey.
  12. Jeesh!... Browns sure can be a wacky team...
  13. It's Hilarious that you think any of the "top rated QB's in this Draft are like Carson Wentz... Shows how in touch "with reality" you are... Philly waited 17 years to take a QB in the 1st round. (McNabb was the last)... And in the end, It wasn't Wentz that won the Superbowl, it was 3rd round Journeyman Nick Foles. Never mind that there was a solid supporting cast in place when Wentz did get there. (OT, WR, TE), ... Then they loaded up at other support positions like RB (Blount, Ajayi) You think we're following their blueprint for success? 9 times out of 10 in 'monkey-see/ monkey do', the monkey gets it wrong.
  14. For the record, I'd prefer it be DT, LB... I'd even accept DT, QB (Lamar Jackson @ 22) People are saying both firsts, a second, and next year's first are on the table, and that's just nuts...
  15. If he was a Bill, -he would be..
  16. Who's in bed with a model, doing blow, with all their damn clothes on???? Somebody cut this idiot.
  17. He absolutely wore-out that UCLA secondary when they played last season... He has very good accuracy, ball placement, and field vision... Fierce competitor... I wouldn't bet against him.
  18. It's not always the kid the other FO's miss... And it doesn't have to be outside the top 10 picks... Sometimes it is, though... And when it is, your scouting staff should still be able to say " He's under the radar, but this is our guy"... FTR, I am ALL FOR taking shots. -I'm just not for trading an entire first round of talent to do so.
  19. Exactly... IMO, knowing what no one else does should be part of what a scouting department does.
  20. If Ferguson has 200-1 odds at becoming a starter in the next year, I'm putting 50 bucks on that today. I'm tellin ya, -he's got that spark....
  21. Never said any of that, but I guess we'll see...
  22. I've posted about him several times on this board... He's one of my favorites... A usurper... If he ends up somewhere like Tampa? -Mr, Crab legs could be out of a Job.
  23. Not too often... But they do come around... Sometimes it isn't that obvious.... Wilson didn't get any love until the 3rd IMO, that's one of the reasons you use high picks to build a strong talent base.. When that generational QB does appear, you jump all over it.
