    This should be a total blow out. I truly believe McD is a masterful leader but this team lacks execution discipline on offense and special teams.

    Totally agree. I'm not sure what our identity is this year. I think I know what they want to be and they aren't. Right now for me, it's Allen being an amazing athlete but no methodology. What do you think is our identity?

    Yeah for sure. I just see momentum getting killed by a lackadaisical approach when we're up and it takes too long to get it back. IMO, that's coaching.

    Allen is a great player but this offense has been out of sync most of the year. I have blame Daboll. Things should look sharper by now. Too many long stretches of yuck.

    I disagree. Looked like a fake to get them to jump, then go for it last second. McDermott bailed. Makes us look disorganized and I want to be sharp today.

    His arm is weaker than you think then. By NFL standards it's a major issue.

    I hear what you're saying but very very few QB's with that weak of an arm succeed. It's so difficult to overcome long term. IMO, there's just too many situations that come up where weak arm strength is debilitating to an offense.
