  1. The K-Gun was slowed down by Kelly. He needed to give the ball more to TT. And don't forget the video of Brady checking out us on TV (whipping the Colts) on Sunday....I am sure he figured out how to beat us there !!!!!
  2. The Drew Bledsoe led team that started with a whipping of BRady 31-0 was a pretty loaded team on Offense and Defense. They just couldn't put it together because DB was an average QB.
  3. Fitz has the penchant for self-destruction in the 2nd half of the season. I would like the Jets to lose now as Miami may not turn it around.
  4. If the 2-1 Bills are included in this discussion, then so would KC and the Jets.
  5. They still have a pretty strong running game and Michael Vick as the backup. they will do alright.
  6. By provoking the team into stupid penalties...Seriously, I agree, we have enough talent on this team at the skill positions to make a deep run in the playoffs, if they can be disciplined.
  7. +1. We were out-coached in all aspects of the game. Giving them fantastic field position in the 1st quarter allowed them to pile up the score. The defense did adjust in the 2nd half, but it was a tad late. The offense struggled, especially with Taylor trying to do too much and taking those 8 sacks just did not help. Many of these issues falls on Rex for not getting his team ready. May be he got them too over-ready making it sound like a AFC Championship game. It was good to see Rex back to a normal self in Miami. He had a better control of the football team
  8. I agree..We have 1-year contracts for Icognito, Harvin and soon to expire contracts for Glenn, Nigel, etc
  9. I think that was simply due to the wet playing conditions and his leg got caught in the turf. Having said that, it is indeed important for him to protect himself for the long haul.
  10. +1 Go Bills!
  11. This team will be successful, when its QB will be the leader and take charge. He needs to be able to go up in the face and let people know what is expected of them. The last guy who got closest to that was the one who took us to the playoffs....Everyone after that have shied away and the results are there to be seen.
  12. He has a lousy defense, no run-game and no receiver not named Ty!!!
  13. And that is exactly the mindset the Steeler's organization have. They cut loose players who may be popular but not producing...They even pushed out a legend, Troy Polamalu into retirement. I remember, they let go fan favorites like Greg Lloyd, Kevin Greene, Joey Porter, heck even a HOF like Rod Woodson and yet here we complain about Freddy being let go.
  14. The actual confusing stance was two weeks ago. If EJ had played very well in the pre-season (as evidenced), he should have been made the backup QB. If the Bills wanted to use Casell's experience in breaking down films, they should have said so and made him the 3rd QB (effectively another QB Coach) and clearly let him know about that. They muddled it by giving in to Cassell's demands for being the backup QB.
  15. We are the team on the rise, but that doesn't come without growing pains. I wouldn't call out a guaranteed win on Sunday. The Dolphins are equally good team with some great players at the talent position and will be playing at home after a disappointing loss to Washington. The Bills can lose for several reasons: 1. Tannehill has a great game 2. The Bills wilt under the heat and humidity of Miami 3. The Bills can't run the ball The Bills have played back-to-back games against the AFC Finalists and are now playing back-to-back AFC East Foes...These are pretty tough match ups...Winning is not guaranteed when you play in the division
  16. The same could be said of the 1st QTR. THe Bills got lazy on offense and Special Teams and handed the football at the 15 and 20 yard lines. Otherwise, the score would have been 7-7.
  17. The writing on the wall was evident...Murray ran behind the best OL in football last season. There was a reason why he had those big games.
  18. For that this defense needs help from the offense. You cannot dig a huge hole in the 1st quarter when the Offense and ST handover the ball at the 15 and 20 yard line (of the Bills) to Tom Brady, possibly the best QB in the NFL ever!
  19. Not the best team, but possibly the best QB and the best TE. That defense getting 8 sacks was just a reflection of our poor OL. Our OL was once again exposed as the weak link of this offense. Agreed. And if they don't make the stupid mistakes in the 1st Quarter, the game is a lot closer. Those two TDs were gifts....gifts that you don't give to Tom Brady and Belichek
  20. Can they do both?
  21. To be honest, we were lucky to play the two best teams in the conference at Home.
  22. The biggest positive to take from this game is: put the ball in the hands of your playmakers and good things will happen. McCoy and Watkins are phenomenal players and you have to put the team in a position to user their talent.
  23. Agreed and I saw several times the Patriots Center handle Dareus 1-on-1. Dareus was clearly not ready yesterday
  24. Agree...the two short field positions (which Brady converted) did not help the defense. I don't think Fred would have had any impact on this game.
