  1. Why are you comparing him to TT's play. If that is the case then both QBs are not good. My point was EJ struggled with accuracy last year and he continues to exhibit the same. The short throws are hard and wide off the mark. The players are fighting to make a play on them. TT's passes to the receivers in general are far safer to the WRs.
  2. Clay and McCoy are still on the field
  3. and avoid silly mistakes. Make the 10 yard throws consistently without getting his WRs killed. Didn't know Harvin was out. And don't forget Clay. He is one of the best pass catchers on this team. TIme for 3-TE sets.
  4. While EJ made the plays, he also made mistakes. He should have taken the sack instead of the grounding penalty. The INT was a poorly thrown ball. Once again EJ is not showing the accuracy necessary to win in the NFL. The throw that Clay caught was horrible and so was the one caught earlier by Sammy. The defense gave up that one bad running TD. Otherwise, they have held their own. Now if the ST can show up.
  5. They did start with Brady in the SB even after Bledsoe came in relief and won the AFC Championship game
  6. The biggest issue with EJ was his accuracy. Until he shows he can through those 10-15 yard throws consistently without killing the WR, he will be considered an average QB. Our OL is a pretty crappy one at this time. The Bengals will stack up the box and stop the run forcing the Bills and EJ to throw. Can EJ make those throws. The 2nd issue was that EJ had poor anticipation on where WRs would be and hesitant to pull the trigger until the player was at that location. He would have to show the ability to make those plays.
  7. But Robey's heart cannot be measured in size
  8. The offense was matched against a defensive guru in LeBeau. Give credit to the Titans defense.
  9. They won't miss a beat
  10. He stunk as a receiver along with Harvin
  11. Here are the few articles that quote that the Titans recovered: http://www.oleantimesherald.com/sports/article_4388a45e-71c4-11e5-9e51-6fd21be9fa6c.html After being brow-beaten all week for leading the NFL in penalties, the Bills couldn’t have had a worse start. Tennessee muffed the opening kickoff and ended up recovering at its own 2-yard-line … a great spot for Buffalo’s ‘D’ to start the game. Instead, wide receiver Marcus Easley, a special teams standout, was called for offsides. On the rekick, the Titans got out to the 23-yard line.
  12. I thought the Bills recovered the Kick Return on the opening kick off, after the Titans fumbled. I distinctly remember the referees pointing towards the Titans end zone. However, two different articles today cite that the Titans recovered at the 2 yard line. Any ideas what happened there? I know the play itself was negated, but just curious to know the decision
  13. We can't afford to lose 3 straight games at the Ralph
  14. Possibly because we don't want to lose another starting receiver to the injury list.
  15. Like how the Raiders were called the most ill-disciplined team in the 90s and 2000s.
  16. Bingo. Both Manning and Brady did exactly that. They created mismatches between their TEs and our LBs. That would have worked well if our LBs or Safeties did not make mental errors and forget tackling. The results from those games could have been different.
  17. He was repeatedly double-teamed. Harvin had a horrible game.
  18. The team as a whole was sloppy on those 3 quarters...ST coughed up the ball giving a TD. WRs were not open; OL did not give time or open holes and when holes were available the RBs couldn't hit them. Defense was actually the lone bright star during those 3 quarters. It is not all on Taylor. Taylor gets credit because he rose above all these problems and willed the team to a victory
  19. There were enough holes that Dixon missed. Bottom line is that Dixon is a change of pace back and is not a starter.
  20. Indy, Detroit, Miami all have NFL caliber starting QBs in need of an offensive infusion. Peyton's name will be all over this.
  21. The coach'es lack of trust on Robert Woods is very puzzling. Also, not having Clay in the game plan yesterday was maddening. This coaching staff needs to help Taylor, not put the game on his shoulder.
  22. Look who ran behind that line yesterday. Enough said.
