  1. Check out the cliff edges these guys ride next to and the speed too BIKES
  2. And if it doesn't work out, at least Attica is right down the road
  3. Just guessing, I'd say $10,000/year, maybe up to 12
  4. I agree with a lot of the borrowing advice you're getting here. Nothing beats over-spending and being really TIED into your house. I under-spent, and never really regretted it Another grossly simple equation on how much you can afford: Take what your realtor says you can afford, and divide that by 2 Seriously.............
  5. I would wager that the bulk of purchased seats in DC are done by your tax dollar, not by individuals. Same as in Dallas, more than likely corporate purchases that are then distributed to employees, vendors and customers
  6. Don't forget the same 80% think Youboty is HOF material Seriously though he has shown enough to develop into a decent player
  7. Pretty easy. Loose 3 All-Stars: Briere, Drury, and Campbell.......... Think of it the other way, take any team in the NHL and add those 3 players to their roster, they probably improve 15 points in the season, quite a swing Oh gee, 15 points would put the Sabres in 1st place in the East
  8. Pretty much what I posted, the same story
  9. Tough situation. I can feel for you putting a lot of $$$ into an old vehicle. Still, sell it as is and you're looking at $500 probably. So for what amounts to like 3 new car payments you can still drive it around and sell it for book value at least To everyone else, careful with Chrysler minivans and transmissions. My '02, in service 5 years, 3 months, 40,000 miles has had re-programs, adjustments, in 3x plus one complete re-build with convertor already. And it is running funny again. 7/70 is a sham as they charge you deductibles that are no where in your warranty, or it is not covered. Even so, I'm a fool if I keep it past the 7 years, so I got 21 months left to own the van then time to bail.
  10. That is really the "inside" story. No secret that Bill was "battling" with a lot of people when he was here. Compare it to your own job. You could be a STAR, but if you cannot get along with people in the organization, your days are numbered. I've seen it a few times in my history
  11. The Sabres had success with Drury and Briere who were not draft picks of Buffalo. They are gone and we stink now
  12. I drove by and saw the line. What the heck was going on in there, like anything special? The line went out into the street
  13. Last night went to the East Side to re-discover my roots. You know, Dyngus Day!!! Man, that whole area around the Broadway Market is pretty nasty. Lots of boarded up vacant homes. Just ride down some of the side streets. Holy cow
  14. I read a couple of his columns a week. I think the guy has a pretty good grasp. Certainly better than someone from Glipedius, Jupiter
  15. Well he did say STAR, but that does sound low
  16. Well its not like you were going to the game this weekend. Selling them on EBAY?
  17. You're right. I'm just an avid Youboty basher. Ask I'm Sparticus
  18. Oh yeah. nice STATS 26 tackles in 14 games over two years. Great tackler. More ignorance
  19. Clearly the only HOF you've made, in your own mind, is for know-it-all's
  20. Yeah I forgot he's a freakin' Rhodes Scholar. Or maybe that's why he can't get on the field because he is "ONE DUMB sh--"!!!
  21. Or the other guy said "yell " Here!! Here!! Over HEEEEEEREE!!! " All of which proves my point I'm smarter than both of you. Just joking It's the WR that yells that, not the CB Youboty
  22. Gimme a break with the learning curve. See that WR lined up across from you? Stick with him. Oh and look back when the ball is in the air. There he's trained. Is that simplistic? Sure, but it also isn't rocket science
  23. FAMILY ALBUM
  24. Allegany State Park ROCKS!!!
