  1. No, the consequence for failing the No Challenges Challenge 2020 is hot coffee to the groin. Also, if you don't accept the Challenge, hot coffee to the groin. Oh, and if you do accept the Challenge I'm pretty sure you fail so......decaf or straight black? A blend?
  2. I LOVE this idea!! I would like to give a quick shout out to my mom and my boy Ray Ray. I accept the No Challenges Challenge and I challenge @Johnny Hammersticks, @Gugny, and @Royale with Cheese to take the No Challenges Challenge 2020 or pour a bucket of scalding hot coffee all over your groins and face!!!
  3. Really? You had to go there? You just had to go and ruin TBD's longest run of 19 days without a "well spoken"? Reset the ticker!
  4. Hes got about half a billion of his own cash on the line. He has liquidated a fair amount of his non-voting ownership in WWE to fund this venture. That is a lot to wager if his ultimate ambition is to own the February to June football market.
  5. The big question to me is what is the goal? Whats the end game for the XFL? The first go round the XFL was a response to the NFL's actions to make the game less violent, eliminate celebrations, and a move away from controversial rule changes. this time around the value prop seems to be different rules and a 2 hour game. The current iteration of the XFL offers solutions to non-existent problems. Of all the NFL rules, no one gives a ***** about the PAT. No one is asking for 2 forward passes. No one is asking for shorter time spent in front of the TV and less time at a bar away from their wife and kids. So less talent, teams with no history, and slightly different rules? Sign me up. They aren't even attempting to lure players away from the NFL so I doubt the long-term plan is to compete. Is this purely a financial play to bank on insatiable demand for football 12 months a year? I would think best case scenario is they get adopted as the NFL development league or farm system. What am I missing?

  9. Yes, more productive than his predecessors and his successor. When? During the seasons he was QB. If you disagree, make your case for someone else.
  10. Tyrod QB'd the most exciting and productive offense Buffalo has had since Kelly retired. Hate him all you want but its still true.
  11. Stopped on the side of the Jersey turnpike on a bus that now has 2 fewer "hot babes" than when the trip started?
  12. I agree with OP!! If you have a chance to select a generational decoy, you take it!
  13. Small clarification, Beane was not in the employ of the Bills when Sammy's option was declined. McDermott was running the show. Whaley was fired April 30, Sammy's option declined May 2, Beane hired May 9. Unless Beane and McD were already scheming, when Beane took the job his hand had already been forced with regards to Sammy. At least we got EJ Gaines and his one year of relative health and that 6th round draft pick!! What really bothers me about the KB trade was that McD and Beane had the inside scoop on him. How do you whiff that badly on a guy you scouted, drafted, and coached?!?! At least we picked up JMatt long enough for him not to win a ring in Philly! He got a baby out of the deal. He might have been the biggest winner of the Bills 2017 offseason.
  14. I'll watch this show right after I finish the Real Housewives of Albuquerque: Skylar's Revenge. "I am the one who nu-nuh-nuh-nuuuuuuuhhhhh.....knocks!" Great television!
  15. Did you pressure cook them in a flavored broth or pressure steam them? Do you rest them or go straight from the pressure cooker into the fryer? Have you done this two step method with a deep fryer to finish?
  16. https://www.wcvb.com/article/tom-bradys-cryptic-photo-what-does-it-mean/30720942 Brady cyptic IG post. Double rainbows and stuff. What does it mean?
  17. Didn't Bledsoe say Brady would never start for the Raiders too? https://www.nbcbayarea.com/news/sports/has-tom-brady-just-signaled-a-move-to-the-raiders/2223567/
  18. The way Trent Edwards quit on the field in his last NFL start was disgusting. I think he threw 3 consecutive balls 10 feet over TO's head and then turned to Gailey and TO as if to say "there I threw it to TO, happy now?!?!?" and proceeded to run out of bounds on 4th and something rather than give his team even the slimmest chance to win.
  19. Double forward pass doesn't bother me since it has to be behind the LOS.
  20. Hello tech nerds of TBD! Thanks to my boss, I have the pleasure of building a shared database and workflow system and my only resources are people less tech savvy than me. Needless to say since I'm starting a thread on OTW, I am officially desperate for help. The goal is to leverage our nationwide workforce of about 100 junior pukes and have them enter transaction data to a shared database during their downtime. We have a decade or so worth of completed analyses each with transaction data we would like centralize and analyze. Actual data visualization and analysis will take place in Tableau. My job is to organize, facilitate, and lead the effort to compile the data as accurately, efficiently, and timely as possible with a view on maintaining a live/current database moving forward. So far I have a rudimentary database setup in Access and Sharepoint site. What I need is a document library/repository to contain the few thousand completed analyses (each analysis is an Excel file and represents a record which needs to be manually uploaded to the database) and a work queue to distinguish between records (analyses) which are New and need to be entered, In Process, or Complete. In Process and Complete records would be moved out of the central repository so I don't have 20 different idiots entering the same record. Newly completed analyses would be uploaded to the repository and default to New. Document library is fairly simple but I have a had zero success with slapping a work queue on top of it. Example: Mary Jane in the San Francisco office has no work assigned this week. She logs in sees 900 "New" analyses in the work queue. She looks at the top of the list and selects the first record, changes the status from "New" to "In Process". This item no longer appears in the queue as available. She begins the soul crushing exercise of manually entering data into Access. 20 minutes later she is finished and changes the status from "In Process" to "Complete". She repeats the process and is rewarded with hours which count toward her Utilization target and delays her dismissal from the firm. Poor kids all over the nation will be suffering the same fate at the same time until we are current. I would like to accomplish this task within the Microsoft suite if possible (Sharepoint, Power Apps, Access) but I am open to suggestion. If I can set up a minimally viable prototype and not completely f@#% the data up in the process, I am confident that I can secure funding and get someone who actually knows what they are doing to come in and make my pile of crap a professional looking operation. Thanks in advance. How f@#$ed am I?
  21. In Sammy's last 3 years he has yet to eclipse the production he realized in his first two years in Buffalo.
