if we got him before Addison and Jefferson , i was kinda hot for Bills to pick him up. and now i feel Bills are all set for this year patient approach still for McBeanes/Frazier at improving at DE /Edge Methinks Bills want to find one or two DE's in the draft sooner than later. As Hughes and Murphy are winding down soon enough. No offense Jerry : ) Is that you Beanes ?? lol

we truly have to trust Coaching on this. Weird to have too much talent in one room. D line is in a similar bind i feel. Cut down is going to be a sad day for me. So many players i truly like and are capable. But i would move on from Foster and McK. give the rookies some work this year.

I think this is the key take away. Suddenly the the Coaching staff and players are down their star/ting QB. How do they deal with this scenario. If i was McBeanes, i would have considered staging this as a drill. Good lesson for Coaching

Josh Allen is the linchpin for Buffalo Bills moving forward. The drop off is significant and would be painful. But Josh also need to show growth this year. I expect he will. But i agree. Not having Allen available would be painful right now. Sick or injured. so lets not think about thisanymore

I have been an observer at my Company for quite a few years. We have had enough top level turnover in my time. Changing a culture might be one of the most challenging tasks. and all were tasked with it to varying degrees. What MCBeanes seem to have accomplished in a short time is astounding. By all the notes we have read from players. And it feels to be true. even some of Us/YouFolks hard core old schooled Bills fans have come around to being a bit energized and believing in this "proceess" thing yep Bills have come a long way Baby

not for me. It was a good move, But he was hindered too. as was one of my favorite Coaches and persons Chan Gailey Having The Pegula Family might make the difference. Seems McBeanes have a heck of staff in most all facets these days. No knock on Dick by any means C.

Welp the malaise I was feeling about the season is officially over. This looks like real life again. Yeppers . I feel much gooder after reading about todays outing. Just for the sake of , Bills Football !!! Go Bills thanks to all for links etc : )

I agree. I think well of him playing for the Bills. Good fit for him. He and Addison were very good pick ups IMhO can someone list all the DTs Bills have in house right now. and even better ? Include all the Guys who can move inside on passing downs : )

IR is one option. simply put I think Taylor is a lock for the roster. and Bills are looking hard at depth . Even if it is just to get some data on these guys. Just in case. smart thinking Beanes

I think this sets the example for how they treat key Draft picks who work their tail off to succeed. another year next to Spain will help the left side improve on what they were building last year.
