Imagine having 10 draft picks and whiffing on all of them. Not a single contributor in an entire draft class.

I think he and McD work together but Beane ultimately has the final decision.

Keon is not a boundary receiver. He literally can't win on the outside. His best shot at having any kind of success is out of the slot. I honestly don't know how anyone could see what he did in college and think he'd be any different in the NFL.

This is not just because we lost to ight but I absolutely think we have peaked with McD. I would clean house.

I would be surprised if anything changes.

Beane waited until we absolutely needed a WR before he drafted one and then all the pressure was put on a kid who couldnt get separation in college to all of a sudden beat DBs in the NFL. Beane should be embarrassed by what he's done with a generational QB. Not to mention all the contracts he hands out to his own guys just to say we draft, develop and resign players. I know it's not going to happen but I would move on from McD and Beane after this season. Things aren't going to magically get better.

Probably frustrated with having pressure in his face all night and having nobody to throw to. I've never seen Josh pump the ball more than I have this year. He wants to pull the trigger but guys can't get open.

Josh wasn't great tonight but you could tell he was feeling the pressure of having to turn nothing into something on a regular basis. The talent on the field isn't going to drastically change. Beane and McD should be on hot seats. Having Josh Allen and asking him to hide your mistakes on a yearly basis should get people fired.

Do all the soul searching you want, it's not going to change the talent on the field.
