  1. I’m sure the league would never allow a player to use their brand to make a money
  2. Jackson isn’t a high upside QB and won’t get drafted.
  3. That’s not even the Steelers twitter page. There is nothing to see here.
  4. McD must be a member here or he has eyes and sees what’s happening on the field. Either one I guess.
  5. I wouldn’t be worried to play a team coached by Gase.
  6. I am cautiously optimistic on the verge of downright giddiness depending on how our offseason goes. I didn’t want Allen at all but he’s been far better than I anticipated.
  7. I don’t view it as a bad bet. I wouldn’t expect to have Brown playing at an elite level for the next 5 years but if we can get him at his current production for the next 2 or 3 then I think it would be a tremendous help to Allen’s development. For that I’ll gladly take that chance.
  8. He’s literally shown no signs of slowing down and is still an elite player and arguably the best at his position.
  9. The top of the draft is stacked with DL talent. We have major needs on the DL. This shouldn’t be a problem to anyone. Yeah, I know Allen needs a lot more help but you can’t/shouldn’t force picks like that. The goal should be to stock your shelves with young talent.
  10. Dennison wasn’t fired until January 12th so that gives you an idea of how long this might take.
  11. The NFL is a revolving door when it comes to coaches. Guys get fired and hired somewhere else on a yearly basis. Would you you be happy if we kept Crossman simply because he’s gotten multiple chances at being a ST coordinator and is highly respected? I’m guessing you wouldn’t (or at least you shouldn’t) because the unit that he’s coaching has been trash.
  12. Being an assistant under Brady and BB isn’t a convincing argument. And getting multiple looks as an OC is only impressive if you actually produce good offenses. Regardless of who he’s had to work with, his offenses have been some of the worst in the league. That’s the reality of his resume. Maybe he’ll do better with more talent. I’m hoping we find that out. Until he has more to work with I’ll try and keep an open mind about him. I think you're grossly overhyping his qualifications.
  13. His resume consists of having some of the NFL’s worst offenses. Coaching under BB and Saban doesn’t make you a good candidate. If he can develop Allen and actually put a quality offense on the field then he will no doubt get hired to be a HC at some point.
  14. The highest rated player left on your board. If you have multiple players graded similarly then you obviously go with the higher area of need.
