Just a reminder that we took Keon in what was the deepest WR class in several years. Beane should be ashamed. Such an overrated GM.

Klint Kubiak is going to be the hot name this hiring cycle. Kliff Kingsbury is a possibility I suppose. Nobody else really excites me. I've seen Jim Bob Cooter's name mentioned but that's not his offense in Indy. I would prefer someone who is offensive minded paired with an experienced DC.

Pegula isn't going to get rid of anyone unless Josh demands it. He's kept Kevyn Adams as GM of the Sabres for 6 years now despite zero playoff appearances and icing one of the worst teams in the league his entire tenure. I would imagine Pegula likes Beane and McD and has given them both a very long leash despite it being pretty clear that this team is unlikely to win a SB under their control. Strap in folks, they're about to be here for the rest of Josh Allen's prime.

i think Pegula is just going to sit back and continue to blindly put his faith in Beane to turn things around. He is not an owner that likes to go through the hiring process. We're talking about a guy who has kept Kevyn Adams as GM of the Sabres for 6 years despite consistently putting one of the worst teams in the league on the ice year after year.

Pegula won't fire McD or Beane. The team is competitive and the stadium sells out. We're likely going to watch the entirety of Allen's prime with who we have in charge.

I hate the Brady comparison. He's the exception to almost every rule.

I wish Beane did on draft weekend. A guy with a mediocre college career and little to no redeemable traits that would translate to the NFL. Does that sound like a certain WR we also took in the 2nd?

I honestly think Beane and McD believed Josh could continue to work miracles with the group they put around him orake up for it by focusing on the defense. It has been a spectacular failure of team building.
