  1. Hello?????????? I already said he was offsides (or appeared to be). The point is: Why was the ref specifically looking for this 12" infraction on the opening kickoff? It is not a regular type penalty. If anyone has stats on this (how many times offsides is called on a kickoff) I'd like to know because it seems to me that 12" is not much of an advantage and has been overlooked for the last five years (or more).
  2. That's how they do it...they get called on one pick, then they go right back to it thinking "the refs will NEVER call it against us again...act like it was a mistake guys". bull ****. I guess our coaches need to start planning like that as well. Push the envelope. Jim Nantz "Patrick Chung defended that perfectly" (while the replay clearly shows Chungs hands all over Escobar's arms). Ok, I see how this works.
  3. Yeah, I understand the ref threw it before the kick was fumbled, but it seemed almost premeditated. The point is "how many times has offsides been called on the opening kickoff"....shoot, on any kickoff? It has to be rare. Just as likely that it wasn't. It seemed they were waiting for any reason to throw a flag against us.
  4. I haven't researched this yet, but to call offsides on the first kickoff of a game when Easley was approx 12 inches offsides really seems somewhat pre-planned (like the refs were specifically looking to !@#$ with us). I understand it is a violation and, yes, they were justified. But I have to think other kickoff teams have done this a lot more often than not. I'm wagering that offsides on a kickoff has been called maybe 4 times in the last five years. Anyone capable of researching this?
  5. Ugh. Fumble. Pisses me off.
  6. And the refs just called one five minutes before. So what the Patriots do "let's run it again. Refs will never call it against us this quick." Typical.
  7. Edelman just scored on another one. Pick play/interference.
  8. Here comes the long pass by Mariota for a pass int call. Yes, we lose. Thanks refs.
  9. So sick of the !@#$ing showboating after a defensive play. Just go back to the huddle. The refs are probably penalizing for dumb ass celebrations in the form of dumb penalties.
  10. No press coverage??????? Sitting 15 yds off the receiver??? !@#$s.
  11. Denarius Moore looks like he is chomping at the bit.....to go home.
  12. Boy. This sucks. Aren't we due for a good team?? I mean...15 years and we still can't have a good team. We were good for 6 years in the 90's....Patriots? 15 years going on 16. This absolutely sucks.
  13. How bout a Defensive TD??
  14. Sad that I plan my entire Sunday activities and dinner around this team.
  15. Looks like I pick the wrong week to start TT on my fantasy team.
  16. Needed that. C'mon TT!!
  17. Trust me (though you don't know me)...the refs do move the D lineman from the snapper at times. Whatever...I'm just being snarky. Pissed off.
  18. Only difference being the refs normally come in and tell other teams to move off the snapper. Not in our case. But I value your judgment and appreciate your profound use of the word "stupid".
  19. Exactly. Still fuming on that BS. We get called for lining up over the center and off sides on a kickoff in consecutive weeks. BS
  20. That's a "Hey, we really aren't against you guys from Buffalo... Here's evidence. We just called a penalty against the other team. See?" type flag.
  21. I understand that...just think it was the refs' attempt to say "we control this game" when this type of call is never made on kickoffs. Common man.
