  1. Are you coming on to me?
  2. Who put the Bop in the Bop Shoe Wop do Wop? and who the hell put the dip in the dip dee dip dee dip?
  3. If this guy's pose is any indication of the quality of education they are offering ....no thanks. Guy doesn't even know how to "Tebow" properly.
  4. It's quiet in here....too quiet.
  5. You are trying to compare apples and carrots...they dont go together. QB play in 2017-2020 requires quick slant passes with stout o lineman who are road graders. Ive never seen a roadgrader tower over the QB. Shorter, squattier o lineman with some junk in the trunk and 44 inch arms will be the new prototype o lineman and Id prefer we stay ahead of the curve on this as opposed to being a follower and trying to find this prototype after they are all snatched up.
  6. I believe EJ has a -1 QB/OL height ratio which is ok. At least he can see down the field. Tyrod has a -5 ratio and that has to change ASAP. Hence McDermotts idea that we ship Cordy Glenn out in exchange for two 5ft10 guards and move Ritchie to the blind side tackle.
  7. How do I know they are really from San Marzano? I didnt see little italian men canning them. They could be knock offs.
  8. Im making the dough Jauronimo cited this weekend and the sauce the others talked about (simple sauce but didnt find San Marzano tomatoes...my source tells me Walmart has them so Ill get some this week). In the meantime, try the non-Hannaford brand of dough at Hannaford. Was excellent. Sprinkled sessme seeds sround the outer crust and used real mozz from deli counter cut thin. Anchovies!!! Amazing. Am ordering a pizza steel this week. Hope it gets here by Friday.
  9. Didnt think of that but yes. Low man wins and inside position wins. I fought a kid in fourth grade. He was shorter than me but had these Lincoln Log arms (thick and stout). Got my ass kicked even though I had 5 inches on him. He had inside position and could control my movement. Seriously, McDermott is thinking the same thing. Bye bye 6ft 6 Cordy!
  10. You have to read all my comments. Shorter, stouter is best for visual optics and QB/OL height ratio but have to have the arm length too. 5ft 9 to 5ft10 with 43 inch arms would be ideal. Think Tolbert with Seantrels arms and thats what we need to take the next step.
  11. Arm length. You have the right idea...5ft 9 or 5ft 10 is ideal but need the 42-44 inch arm length which Devito lacks.
  12. Tom Petty...possibly. Not confirmed yet.
  13. Im pretty sure most agree with me on Orton. But onward and upward...this is a quick fix for our next winning season (since Orton).
  14. Low man wins. If O line is shorter (and stouter) than D line, they would all be pancaked under our big boys up front. Thats my theory anyway.
  15. Because....just because
  16. Why do people question a theory which makes sense. Tailor your o line to meet the attributes of your QB. If Pederson was starting at QB, we could get away with a 6ft2 or 6ft3 o line (that would be a -1 to +1 ratio) but with Taylor, we are way out of whack on the QB to O Line Height ratio. Only answer is to adjust our O line height to meet the optica of the standard ESPN height ratio.
  17. Im not attacking you and just because someone has a new approach to the o-line issue and Tyrods inability to find WRs, doesnt mean a thread has to be closed. But if you think about it, the bigger they are, the harder they fall comes to mind with Ducasse and Dawkins, dont you agree? If low man wins (and that applies to o line as well as d line), dont you think passing lanes are increased if you have a QB to O Line height ratio of -1 to +2??
  18. Just because logic escapes you doesnt mean its idiotic. You need to learn to push the envelope. I have a feeling thats why McDermott is shopping Cordy Glenn. 6ft 6inch guy with a bum ankle WHO CANNOT GET LOW. Dont doubt it. Hes looking for shorter and stout O Lineman in the 5ft 10inch range.
  19. You show me Fluties QB to O Line ratio and youll see my point.
  20. Not sure which stats you are referring too.
  21. You guys can laugh all you want but the physics of the theory prove you wrong.
  22. Well have to agree to disagree but there are plenty of 5ft10inch guys with 43 inch arms. And why do people say low man wins if it isnt true? It is. So Ill stay with that concept. Plus, Ritchie is 6ft3inch so you see my point.
  23. I mean a guy with lower center of gravity. Low man wins.
