I could see Joe Schoen trading down slightly from Pick #3, maybe down the the 8 - 11 spot, get some nice draft capital to acquire more players and take Ashton Jeanty at the 8 - 11 spot. They're kicking themselves for letting Saquon walk last year. This gives them a generational talent at RB and more draft capital to move back up and take a rookie QB to develop if they desire. JMO
