But I'll also say if you just leave Damar in the box, he'll actually play WELL. His run fits are pretty good, he rarely misses tackles, almost never misses an assignment. He works around his lack of speed with being great in the film room and being instinctive on where to be. Where he runs into trouble is in coverage where doesn't close well, and has to play conservatively to make up for a lack of speed

right, he's a borderline starter/reserve for a team wanting to go to the SB. That's the entire definition of being average

Abdul Carter didn't workout at all at the combine or his pro day (for a shoulder injury that he'd played through in the playoffs and was likely healed), and I'm not even sure he did private workouts. This is all insane

Buffalo would have to trade a big contract such as Olivers and get them to take on a contract like Curtis Samuel’s with more draft picks, and then do the equivalent of the NBA’s sign and trade so you extend him out so you only get with a 10M - 15M cap hit this season. it is absolutely do-able He basically got the value you’d hope for out of the 16th and 9th picks

I said this earlier but there’s not a player other than Josh Allen or draft pick I would give up to get Micah into Buffalo. He is a HOF edge with like 6 - 8 years of prime left He’s multiple times better pass rusher than any edge on the roster. we’ve spent 4 years complaining about not getting pressure on Mahomes in the post season and we have people saying Micah doesn’t much value?

I couldn’t even tell you the best offensive skill player the chiefs had when they beat Philly outside of Kelce. Roster talent on offense isn’t why the chiefs have kept two absolutely more talented franchises from getting to the SB in Buffalo and Baltimore. Its having an elite defense, getting just enough more out of the Reid/Mahomes combo and pure ***** luck

At one point the bills surrounded Allen with an elite WR, an extended TE, a 1st round TE, a pro bowl caliber Tackle, high priced interior talent, and an excellent slot player. The bills may have never had Marvin Harrison but I’m really getting tired of this meme. Without Josh Allen the bills have an elite OLine, high quality TE play, and legit quality OC, a potential high end outside WR, an elite slot, and solid WR depth. Replace Allen with Baker Mayfield and this team makes the playoffs. With or without James Cook. Heck you could probably replace him with Sam Darnold or Bryce Young this team makes the playoffs
