    It has happened two weeks in a row. McD has issues to fix on the D-line otherwise Adrian Peterson will put up 200 yards next week. His scheme doesn't seem include the MLB being a run stopper, so the DTs are not getting it done.

    Absolutely. Having Harrison Phillips in vs Kyle Peko or Star would have helped. Harrison was playing well before the injury.

    I agree and I'm not ready to give up on them, either. The coaching staff has several things to fix, though.

    When you have Kyle Peko or Star as the other DT, he gets no help. Couple that with Trent Murphy and it only gets worse. NO DT can do it all themselves. What should be do, load up on WR's and try to outscore everyone? With this offense and Daboll?

    Same can be said with the coaching staff...all three phases

    No way this team should look past, take for granted Washington, or anyone for that matter.

    They better not trade anything for a WR, which is not the primary need right now. DT and DE are both needed.

    He's part of the problem. If more plays were being made by the other front six, then I'd buy into his role. But that is not happening this week, or last.

    McD might get this, or a future team in the playoffs, but he will never go to the SB. At least not with his current coaching philosophy on any phase.

    If true, we have some real problems at DT. Absolutely a need this offseason, along with another DE/edge

    Problem is that in McD's defensive scheme, the MLB is not a typical run stopping thumper. He's supposed to cover the middle for short route passes. The D-line is supposed to stop the run, MLB just assists and finishes up.
