    You're giving Gilmore's play here more credit than he deserves. Gilmore gave partial effort, drew flags at bad times, didn't tackle, and pointed fingers at his teammates on the field.

    You're probably right on with this. It is a sensible take.

    Now that you bring it up, Gilmore seems to rarely (if ever) get called for anything. Not sure if it is the Pats advantage or Belichick really did improve Gilmore's play. Gilmore was decent to good in Buffalo, but excellent in NE.

    I thought the Pats were crazy when they decided to pay Gilmore; they obviously saw something in him that could be plugged into their defense and work.

    They'll try to put up another 24 in the second half. Belichick doesn't sit on leads, no matter who they're playing. McD should take note...

    I think it was about the money. Pats offered him more than the Bills were going to match. Gilmore wasn't anywhere near as good here as what he is doing in NE.

    Belichick outcoached McVay; Wade and the defense did their job. The Seahawks and Falcons still have nightmares about their choke jobs.

    Not now I wouldn't want Eli. Those Giants teams had great defenses. NO and SF has very good to great defenses, the Packers have a good defense. All three of those teams can score a lot, too.
