    Whaley has negleted the QB position pretty much his entire time as assistant GM and now as GM. He panicked and failed miserably having Manuel so high on the draft board he created for Buddy Nix.

    Even with Schwartz last year the Bills were a .500 team (disregarding Pats without tom brady and their starters). What the Bills need is a new GM.

    The problem isn't Rex IMO. This is the result of a poorly constructed/flawed roster.

    Nah. Rex is Pegulas guy. He is here for at least 3 years. Doug Whaley takes the fall and deservingly so IMO. That is the way I see it playing out.

    Yup. .500 record or less, bad contracts and cap hell. Pegula hired Rex, Whaley is old guard. Whaley gets fired after this year.

    Nope. I am implying that this roster is completely flawed with bloated contracts that is around .500 talent and a team that is in cap hell at least in the next two years. Whaley is a failure.

    I would fire Whaley before rex. Whaley's roster is completely overrated as well as overpaid. The team is also setup up to fail in the next 2-3 years with the cap.
