I normally don't make plans on Sundays during the season. This year I'm making plans on Sundays during the season. If I see games, I see them, if I don't, whatever. I need to invest less of my life and happiness in a Bills team that is sure to disappoint.

I knew it -- FWIW, I don't really have an opinion on Brandon, the OP is slightly tongue in cheek. I have no answer to why the Bills have failed for so long, other than a trend of bad decision making by many parties.

We've changed all the important bits of this team, owner, GMs, coaches, QBs, and still the same results... the only constant has been, since the late 90s, Russ Brandon has been in various positions in the front office. Is he to blame? You're saying Doug Whaley has been GM since 2003? That being said, the only person, that I know of, who has been around since 2000, is Russ Brandon, he's only been in a position of power since 2006 or so, though. Not sure what his impact has been on personnel.
