Look..I love football. I have been doing this since 1968 when the Bills became relevent in my life. Think Fitzpatrick is bad????....try Joe Dufek. How about Art Schlister???, maybe Billy Joe Hobert?? I have come to expect mediocrity....and I get it. Honestly, during the Super Bowl runs, I was totally lost. I always thought the bomb would fall and end the salad days for good. I actually laughed when Norwood missed wide right. I sat through the 1971 Bills....coached by Harvey Johnson. 1 and 13..easily the worst team I had ever seen to this day. What I am going thru now with this bunch is not that bad, and nothing compared to the days of John Raush @ company. I feel bad for the hardcore folks, the kids who get all wrapped up in the hype of overpayed players. This is nothing new to the true Bills fan.

great idea....I spent the afternoon in Lewiston NY with the family. Checked out the leaves...shopped a bit....stopped at a pizza place, they had the game on. Watched the 3rd quarter....left for home..dejected and pissed off.

We just extended the contract of a guy who could not rush the passer when he was an end. Can't get to him from OLB. Can't cover even the slowest TE's. I personally thought Ryan Denny was much better than Kelsay. At least he could catch the ball...... I don't get it!!!

Michael Lombardi Tweets... How do you go from starting week 1 to not even being good enough to be on the team? I wonder if the Bills think they need to draft a QB now? Exactly....we are still on track to get THE BEST qb in the next draft. I am not sure the best qb was available at the Spiller pick. I still think Spiller was a solid pick, and should payoff benefits for us for a long time.

One of the things I noticed on Sunday.... Stevie Johnson is not at fault for the Int that he short armed. Watch the play in slow motion and it is obvious that Johnson was wide open off the break. Edwards held the ball way too long. The longer he waited, the deeper Johnson got into traffic. Edwards paniced and threw the ball just as a Packer was about to hit him. Had the pass been thrown on the break, it would have been an easy completion. Trent waited too long...indeceisive. Stevie still has to take some heat for short arming the ball. I have seen alot of other wide outs do the same thing on that type of throw, and come back to kick the QB in the ass. Like James Hardy.....right???

Wow as a Bills fan I am supposed to feel lousy about being disrespected in the offseason??? Unless you are a moron, most people would like to believe that the team may have improved even a little bit since last season. Whats so bad about trying to be a bit optomistic about a team that has not been to the playoffs in over ten years? I don't care, this is my team. I will follow em till my last day, or they pull up the moving trucks to One Bills Drive. I am just gonna sit back and watch the season go by...win or lose. Nobody I know dies when they lose...literally. It could be worse.....you could be a Cowboys fan!!!

People need to get the story straight regarding the alledged "sellout streak" of home games for the San Diego Chargers. Up until just recently, whenever a Chargers home game fell short of a sellout by the 72 hr period, the local gov't would by law purchase the remaining tickets to make it a sellout. This was a law thru the team's lease to insure that if the seats were not full, The Chargers would "financially" have a full house. This happened for quite a long time. I don't know how this "law" was removed from the lease, and the books. I understand that the good people of SD were not too happy about having football tickets added to their tax bill. I just don't want to hear about sellout streaks in San Diego. Up here in Buffalo, we sit through all sorts of garbage weather,a pretty crappy product, and our fans still faithfully fill the building.

You think Belichek would let Brady get away with a stupid comment like that?? Think Rex Ryan would not put a boot in Sanchez's butt if he said the same thing?? Wait a min.. Here's the problem. So many people were saying what you are saying in the Bledsoe yrs. It will be 11 years since we last made the playoffs. As long as people buy the seats, jersey's, drink the cool-aid so to speak, this will go on forever. This does not go down in other cities, don't make the playoffs in other cities...and they clean out the "ENTIRE OFFICE". No ex players from glory days of yore. For the amount of money we pay to watch professional football.....we still don't get "PROFESSIONAL" football. What I witnessed today was an embarassment. And I am sick of being embrassed.

The scary part was in the fact that it looked like they struggled to do even the fundamentally correct things. I still beleve that Gailey can turn this thing around. It will just take a very long time, and the team might not be here at that time.

I watched Mitchell all during training camp. It seemed that he was still bothered by the bad knee. He was destined for the 2nd string for sure. Sad to lose a vocal leader like he was. Best Wishes...and get well soon #59.

I can only state this from a fan's point of view....mine. I still consider Miami week to be special. A week where I can razz local Dolphin fans with just how bad the Bills will beat them. The only reason the feeling is less intense as it used to be is the fact that the Bills just are not that good. You can't have a rivalry if one side wins all the time. It also takes two sides to declare a rivalry. The Miami backers in this don't consider the Bills a rival...not anymore. So as a Bills fan, let the rivalry live on in your heart. Hate Chad Henne, like you hated Dan Marino. Take it personal!! This is what being a Bills fan is all about. As far as the Buffalo Pamphlet....er I mean News is concerned, consider the fact that they have papers to sell. If you don't like what they print...stop buying it, like I did. Just got done listening to about an hour of the late morning show on Sports radio WQAM in Miami. They referred to the Bills several times as "Hapless". They referred to Sunday's game against the Bills as a "practice game". I know the Bills will have trouble on Sunday with Miami, but should Miami be so over confident about the game? Why give Chan Gailey something to put on the bulletin board? Are the Bills so bad than nobody cares what they say about them?? I realize this is only media folk. Have heard nothing out of the Dolphins yet..

Do you think Miami is happy hearing that they are going to beat us 27-3?? No way....Miami would love only having a 3pt favored spread. I think the Bills will surprise them. Miami will probably win though. Will be tough for the Dolphins to walk into our house...which will be full and loud. If Spiller gets hot and breaks a few off, and the place gets crazy stupid...all bets are off.

I never liked the charging Buffalo. Always thought that the Red Standing Buffalo was our real trademark. They would sell twice the amount of jerseys if they would go back to the throwbacks. The white throwbacks are just awesome.

Good thing she was not convicted in Genesee County or one of the other "Mayberry RFD" courts. They would have given her the chair. Would have only let her off without time if SHE had paid back the money. If I were the judge I would have at least made her pay back Abe as a punisment. Kelly is a fan...and can say what he wants to say, just as much as anyone. Don't blame the fact that he is frustrated. I have heard plenty worse on this board alone. My advice to Trent Edwards is.... Played against him in a scrimmage once. He damned near killed me, till I figured out that I had to cut block him every time. So strong up top...dominator. One summer we spent a week on the lake, and cruised by his place in Mayville. He was holding out for a better contract, and we yelled off the boat for him to get his butt in camp. He would have been an alltime great had he not left in free agency.
