  1. Probably gangbangers and not the wanna ne tough fan that paints his face
  2. I did not suckered into the hype either. Bottom line is we lost two solid starters and replaced them with one solid starter and one gadget play/special team player. Fans get really excited about the draft but let me let you in on a little secret. All the other teams get to draft also. And if we look at the last few years drafting performance, they do a MUCH better job than the Bills. The reality is that Ralph has a great business model. Most Bills fan are strong optimist and get really excited about this team. So no need to go spend money on positions of real need. How many years has it been since we had 2 OT's that were solid starters? I would bet you can combine the salary of our 2 starters and we are still paying less than 95% of starting OT in the league
  3. The stupid optimistic fans are to blame. The maths are simple. We lost 2 of our best players. Were they great? No but they were some of our top 10 overal. New England who kicks our ass year after year in a severe umiliating fashion ads 2 potential probowlers. The senseless optimistic fan points at our great additions through the draft. Guess what. All the other teams in NFL drafted also. Oh and one more thing, most do a better job of it than the Bills. On the positive side, we have a Chance at Luck.
  4. Agree. Top 1 would be the ticket
  5. Simple any of those guys would cost a lot more than 2 of our OT's combined
  6. After 2 pre-season games, hoping for Andrew Luck might just be reasonable. I wish I was off my rocker
  7. Yes winning 7 or 8 games is sucking to me. It is actually more depressing than being 4-12 because you have some hope all year long. I would guess we will be 6-10. The sad part is that there was some real opportunities in FA to improve our OL. I think not doing that was a serious mistake. I dont think we get Luck by being that bad but who knows maybe we move up.
  8. I think we have one more year of being bad. Our D will improve a lot but our OL will be our achilles heel. Next year we focus on offense mainly big boys in the front and we should be on good path to be competitive for a few years. Especially once Ralph is force to spend a minimum amount of money. The best we can hope for this season is to somewhat have a chance (no pun intended) at Luck comes the draft next year. But I don't think the Bills can be that lucky.
  9. That was a fantastic argument. You should be a lawyer. The Bills have so much talent that every year they are in a real pickle about whom to cut
  10. Strangely, the character guys always seem to be 30% cheaper in Buffalo
  11. Agree. Probably the same fans every year that are certain the Bills are going to be much improved from the year before although they did little to nothing in free agency.
  12. Signings??? Did I fall alsleep? What did I miss? We lost our number 2 receiver and number 1 tackler on defense. We signed an hopefully equivalent lb and a special team player.
  13. I hope so but the tackle positions are critical in this game and we are probably the weakest team in the NFL. Our offense does not score many points against decent defenses. Look at the games last year. Even the last 8. Or look at the game against the bears. We can't run.
  14. Based on what? They lost two significant contributors and only added a couple small time free agents. I really think they are a young improving team but I also think the front office very well knows they will not compete this year. Luck might be in the back of their mind. Him plus a couple new OT and this could be a very serious team.
  15. The drive where Chicago scored a TD, I saw them run all over us.
  16. Wang was asked to comment about this thread and if he wanted to leave Buffalo by the media. His response: "my couch pulls out, I don't"
  17. Yeah he sucks but i would trade my life with his in a heart beat
  18. I like this one a lot. Well I dont. You know what I mean.
  19. Season after season I see the same patterns coming from the Bills m:edia control: - We are going to simplify the plays this years because of the young guys. Simple is better. Reality: simple is because you are not good or smart enough for more complex. - There is always one fat guy that looks a lot leaner and faster than last year. He has lost some weights and we are really excited about what he will do this year. Reality: he was bum when we drafted him, he is know a 20 lbs lighter bum. - There is always an undesrsize guy that has put some weight on. But not just getting fat, he has put weight in all the right places. We are excited about him this year. Reality: we drafted an obviously under sized player for the NFl. He is know only inches and 40 lbs away from being a LB in the NFL. Common, give me a few more. I can think of a couple but I will let you guys participate
  20. As long as we save some money so we can extend Kelsay next year, who cares?????
  21. In the end, you know what? Good for Lee. He has been a class act and deserves a chance with a real team. I wish him a pro-bowl year.
  22. Worked late today so when I got home and saw title of Evans going to Baltimore, I thought "yes, we are getting Michael Oher". I guess I still dream of good things happening as a bills fan sometimes
