    I just commented to my brother less than 5 minutes ago that the Cuse coverage has been outstanding. They're a welcome addition and the D&C and B'News should take some notes.

    Hard to argue the piece. EJ has mirrored all of this behavior. When Hackett implores EJ to "trust what you see" he is trying to get him to throw before the break, which EJ has done and was improving upon. The worst of EJ was on exhibit in the Steelers debacle. Let's hope he builds on last year. If EJ is average, I think we make the playoffs.

    He's obviously not over the surgery yet. At TC he didn't seem to be able to shift his hips from a back pedal to a run very well. Don't know if it is hurting or maybe he doesn't trust it fully. Whatever, he's struggling.

    You just gotta go with Whaley on this. If the two Dougs are in on him let's see what he's got. We'll know soon enough. Based on his moves so far, DW gets the benefit of the doubt.

    EJ, Tuel, Hogan, A.Williams looking good in drills. Marquise looking impressive. Hang in there Astro.

    They are great team with a HOF QB and a great coach. But they haven't won a SB without knowing the other teams plays beforehand. They cheated like Lance and Bonds did. They should get an * in the record books.

    I like how the front 7 really bang on the QBs and RBs. They really hammer when they tackle. I'm getting amped up now.

    Agree on most of it. I don't see the Pats as being stronger on D given what they lost vs. the additions, but they keeping winning. Nice work MV.

    Do I like the no-huddle? In the immortal words of T.O. - "no, not really." Use it to change up once they establish the power running game we all imagine Doug & Nat are building. Maybe, but EJ hasn't shown much when it comes to making fast reads of the D.

    And that's in hindsight! Dunno, I liked him and agree he will give DB's fits out there. That said, big drops and big fumbles cost us games. Every time you start missing him watch the Atlanta game highlights.

    This is DM's game plan. He's not banking on EJ's arm and decision making to get us to the playoffs. He's banking on pounding the ball and setting up play action passing.
