I think they bought their own hype and felt they could coach a bunch of second stringers like they did last year. They should have realized losing 3 pro bowl level players from the Oline could not just be easily replaced with backups. The WR situation was bad last year and should have been addressed but again they figured they could get by. You should ALWAYS surround a franchise QB with talent so he can grow properly and not learn bad habits running for his life. I still believe in McBeane, hopefully they learn from their mistakes.

Dimarco is the only one getting push in the run game, they need to use him more .
