  1. We get to the same place, whether it's saying that Pegula had to overpay by Ralph Wilson's decree , or whether it's thinking Obamacare(or whatever else is based on make it up as you go along) is predicated on proper enterprise system design methodology, via the same deficiency: lack of general business/specific industry knowledge. And, in the place of that knowledge?

    Make-believe.

I here you, but Obama care is not because of a lack of business knowledge, but a combo of legislative compromise and business screwing the pooch for too long over patients because of insurance malfeasance and the need to optimize stock profits, making necessary public service unaffordable.
  2. These arent the same Koch brothers who fund the Republican party and all those right wing think tanks?

Obamacare wasnt about notknowing business, it was about the inability to get something that works through the political process. The past system was failing, the new one needs some major revisions for both business and patients. ps this comment pisses me off because business got us to a failed health system. Its a partnership that business cant or wont do alone. Kinda like how the NFL is no longer watchable.

  3. Couldve done New Era at Ralph Wilson Stadium or short at the Ralph. Seriously though the lack of forethought is what the NFL is all about, so until hockey changes really badly with ad stoppages, I watch that and meh ill plug my nose buy old school hats, still call it the ralph and like our politicians ignore most of the crap coming outta the PR folks.

    This is bravery.

    @kingchambes82

This video was taken before I threw up had a runny nose, red eyes, and my lips burnt off.. Never again in my life you can bet that! S/o Duffs for damn near ending my life with the rightly named DEATH sauce smh #BillsMafia

They were called Suicidals when I was in High School, came with two glasses of ice water and unlimited napkins. Is death sauce new??

  5. I saw OJ first at the old rockpile against cincinnati where bills lost like 42-36 but he ran for a lot of yards, my favorite bands ok growing up was Czonka, Brown, Simpson and Sayers... remember him handing out gratefruit sized oranges from old fashion cars while traveling down Delaware and Hertel avenues while slapping us five as we chase him on our bananna seat bikes.

  6. So a network that is in financial difficulty should spend even more for the rights to broadcast leftover sporting events few people want to see?

That sounds like a very clever solution to their problem.

    Holy cow...

Ok then ESPN will continue its decline.... just saying, ESPN originally provided cheap wide ranging sports programing hiring young less expensive announcers. Now they are going downhill so you tell me the the answer. I no longer watch espn unless at a bar. Again your solution is more of the same drivel
  7. What live sports do you imagine could be televised all day every day?

It's a 24 sports network, they have to fill 24 hours with content. Live sport never have and never will fill that 24 hour period.

    NBCSN has your number...

Ah wrong there is always some race, soccer game, cricket, baseball, hockey game even basketball going on somewhere in the world and vid has become a lot cheaper.
  8. ESPN, which started out as a fantastic idea, has devolved into a representation of everything that sucks with TV sports. It's now little more than a gossip station designed primarily for self promotion, with some badly over-produced games mixed in. It is by far the worst network for the NFL and awful for baseball compared to any local baseball network I've seen. Ditto for college football. SportsCenter and the rest of the blathering talking head shows have been unwatchable for years (I still miss the SportsReporters, which died with Dick Shaap).

I couldn't give a rat's ass if ESPN disappeared forever. In fact, it would probably be a good thing.

Already cut the cord last year as cable became too expensive and doesnt allow me to pick and choose what channels I want to watch. Even Comcast that owns msnbc is irritating me that they dont do live streaming.
  9. why? It's just a freaking number.

It's 32. Who cares. Did you tell people you were 33 when you were 32 just because you were that offended by the number?

People on this board have too many feelings.

    The offspring: Feelings

  10. OJ's number is retired for what he did on the field. What he did off the field is despicable. But un-retire his number to appease the political correctness movement? No. Give these goons looking to control the language of society an inch and soon they'll be demanding we rename Washington DC too.

Yup they already renamed Washington National airport.
  11. I'm talking about the personal attacks. It's sufficient to disagree, but first, I didn't see him run, then I was irresponsible, and now I'm part of Orwellian group think. The board does way too much ad hominem. Both sides were expressing their views honestly, and for the most part, without personal attacks. I'll never understand why some people on this board think that they have to engage in personal attacks to make their point.

And I am expressing my opinion about the veracity of the topic itself not you personally. Since when is it not fair game to criticize a topic. Especially one involving Tim Graham... is that you Tim???
  12. Just to set the record straight, I'm fiddy tree and OJ started me listening to football (yes, listen, because the Bills were almost never on TV back then). I watched him set the record and then go over 2000. I thought Dickerson's record didn't count because he needed 16 games to do what OJ did in 14. I thought OJ was innocent. So if you disagree with this thread, fine. But don't tell me I never saw him run. Dude was my boyhood hero. There's no need to denigrate anyone on either side of this issue.

Ok so i stand corected you saw him run, sorry the rest of what I said still stands, this thread is Orwellian group think inspired and should be deleted and Graham is still a POS imo and has always been anti Bills.
  13. Tim Graham presents a provocative point of view that the Bills should unretire #32. What say you?

    http://bills.buffalonews.com/2016/05/11/bills-shouldnt-shy-unretiring-no-32/

    I'm in favor of it.

No, No and hell no. You guys obviously never saw him run. Post NFL crap aside still the best running back I ever saw. He could stiff arm a guy and run over him. Flat out run around the other team or break a guys jock a la Barry Sanders all at 6'2". 2nd fastest guys in the league when he was there behind only Cliff Branch. So no dont do it just because twitts are bandwagoning against OJ. Sorry this imo is an irresponsible stupid thread that caters to the trumpisms of the world and Graham has long been known for his hatred of the Bills, heck the guys is from Miami but wasnt good enough to get job down there.

I agree with this. I also agree that Timmah sucks at his job.

For the love of everything holy or unholy ... get his name and number off the wall and never have any reference to 32 in any current or future Buffalo Bills stadium.

The sooner that number, jersey and the player who wore it disappear, the cleaner this planet will be.

Wrong! just plane politically correct wrong.

The thought police are at it again. Just because post NFL the man did something henious, doesnt mean he should be erased, both sides of his greateness and vileness should be remembered imo.

  14. Ill never forget when he hurdled a lineman believe it was Richmond Webb of the fins, to get to the QB, man I am gettin old. I remember OJ in old fashion cars throwing us oranges and slapping us five in old fashion convertables going down Deleware Ave.

Bad Things would be awesome before the game!
