I think they should change the rules - not to the college rules - nfl overtime is better because the whole field is in play. I actually like the changes but it should be the rules all year (but still allow ties in regular season) that way it still screws up McNabb

I hate to say it boys but Ralphie is right- we have to build through the draft. We are going to have to take our lumps this year and build up for next year - everyone knows we are soft in the middle so I think all picks in early rounds must be line picks. I just looked at our schedule for next year - we are going to take our lumps our away schedule could literally be all losses= 3AFC east teams, Ravens, Bengals, Packers, Vikes . . . and maybe Chiefs in Arrowhead! I hate to be defeatist but come-on!

Totally agreed and it is why I will also always prefer Fenway Park to any version of some new ballpark esp. new Yankee stadium. I am not saying RWS is anything like Fenway in terms of tradition but they are both utilitarian places that make for a good viewing experience for an average fan with a few dollars.

I think Edwards quote was just fine - he gave a stupid answer to a stupid question. It has to get old answering questions when you are trying to be a stand up guy, not turn on your teammates, AND try to please the fans. If it were me I would worry the least about pleasing fans too. You can't throw teammates under the bus. I know there is a statistic out there somewhere about how many times he has been sacked compared to other QB's - I also want to know if those stats are real comparing him to Brees

Classy yes - I don't know about coaching afraid - he never blamed others for the losses. I still don't know how a coach is responsible for a kick returner that can't down the ball or for only having LB's available to him that wouldn't make most teams' practice squads

I think you're right. I would settle for "When will we beat the Pats again?" I was cleaning out my stuff the other day and found the ticket stub to the opening day drubbing of them in 2003 - it is the only thing I have kept since becoming a season ticket holder.

I hope Goodell thinks like this - I say Vive la revolution if there is any more talk -- I watched part of a Jags game this season and there was no way the stands were even half full - I was shocked. We get more at a preseason game for a bad team!!
