  1. You nailed this! 100% agree with everything. Hopefully Beane reads this post and tomorrow morning Frazier is out and McDermott hands the reigns over to our new DC Brian Flores
  2. Keeping it starting 11 only on both sides of the ball and looking at the future not just one year so old guys may not be on the team: QB: Josh Allen HB: Nick Chubb FB: Patrick Ricard WR: Justin Jefferson, Tyreek Hill, Stefon Diggs TE: George Kittle OT: Andrew Thomas, Christian Wirfs OG: Quenton Nelson, Chris Lindstrom OC: Creed Humphrey Edge: TJ Watt, Nick Bosa DT: Chris Jones, Quinnen Williams OLB: Micah Parsons, Matt Milano ILB: Roquan Smith CB: Sauce Gardner, Patrick Surtain II S: Derwin James, Minkah Fitzpatrick K: Justin Tucker GM: Brandon Beane HC: Andy Reid (OC don’t matter with Reid) DC: Demeco Ryans
  3. Definitely a well thought out list but I’d never take Mahomes over Allen. Allen on KC would already have 2 maybe 3 SBs. Best coach in the NFL, Andy Reid can make anyone look amazing. No knock on Mahomes but Josh is just more talented than any QB in the history of the NFL and would thrive under Reid
  4. Lots of missed calls on KC and a lot of questionable calls on Cincy but that push out of bounds was moronic in that situation. And the NFL gets the match they want with Andy Reid playing his old team…woopie 😒
  5. - Beane stays but we put a huge investment in finding scouts who actually know what makes a stud O lineman and D lineman. Beane is a magician with the cap and is a natural with the poker aspect of being a GM no way I let him go but he needs help in the trenches. - I absolutely love McDermott as a human being and leader of men but the game management and unimaginative vanilla defensive and offensive playcalling the last few years has to fall on someone. I’d keep him with the condition that this is a make or break year and that he goes down with the ship if we don’t make the SB next year. I also tell him it’s time for him to let someone else take over the D and he sticks to head coaching. Advice is fine but leave the schemes to the new D coordinator. - convince Fraizer it’s time to hang them up and hope he retires if he’s not ready then we let him go and hire Brian Flores as the new D coordinator. You know he’d be salivating at the chance to stick it to the dolphins and he’d get the most out of the players we have on the roster without us having to do much with the d in the offseason - My gut says fire Dorsey but if I bring him in and he convinces me that because this was his first year as an OC he didn’t want to get too crazy with playcallong and shows me he has big creative plans for the future to get playmakers like Hines, Cook, shakir in space I may give him one more shot. If my gut after the meeting feels like nothing is really going to change from this year I can him and bring up Joe Brady (because if you don’t he’s walking too). I feel like if we fire Dorsey and don’t hire writhin we almost have to fire McDermott too and just blow up the whole coaching staff and get a guy like Sean Payton to bring his own way of doing things. next season we look like: GM - Beane HC - McDermott DC - Flores OC - Dorsey or Brady
  6. 100% agree I would not trade for him unless it costs us a 3rd or later and he’s wanting to win a SB and being the 1b to Diggs 1a and not wanting to rape us with a new contract. He’s a win now WR who at his best is still a top 5 WR in the league with incredible hands. If there is a way to get him on our team with a team that is so close to winning it all I say it’s worth looking into. Getting a rookie WR on a rookie contract sounds amazing but isn’t a guaranteed instant hit. In my dream scenario we hit on a couple O linemen with our first few picks, nab Hopkins for a mid round pick and find another WR somewhere in the draft. After the dust settles there are so many free agent RBs available this year that I feel comfortable waiting on one to mix in with Cook and Hines. Lastly, the D isn’t the priority this offseason outside of looking into Flores as our new DC if Frazier retires or is let go. I think a change in scheme will make a huge difference with the players we already have in place. The priority is to nurture Josh so he’s not having to be Superman anymore.
  7. @MAJBobby since you’re good with the numbers and I love your takes on going heavy on O line and WR in the draft because that’s where we need the most help, do you think it’s possible to fit Hopkins contract in our cap if it only costed us a 3rd round pick or heck maybe we get him straight up for Oliver?
  8. His name is Deandre Hopkins
  9. I can get behind this and it’s also a big reason why I think the focus should be on offensive line and getting Josh a 1B at wide receiver, but I also wouldn’t mind changing defensive philosophy and bringing in a guy like Flores to mix up the scheme of what right now is a pretty vanilla defense that everyone knows what to expect even though we have great individual play makers.
  10. Both were bad but I feel like last year we were 100% going to win a Super Bowl if we win that game because Josh was all worldly and our team was pretty healthy… this year, I feel like we may have won the Super Bowl if we got past Cincinnati, but our team was pretty emotionally drained from everything that happened and pretty dinged up. So all in all last year was worse because we should’ve been hoisting the Lombardi trophy.
  11. I like him as a person, but definitely seems like we should let him retire and go after Flores or Wilks, while we still have the chance. I have a feeling Flores would love to coach against the dolphins and stick it to them.
  12. I feel like it’s a mix. Beane and his staff have a good eye for a lot of positions. He’s great at finding diamonds at skill positions like Gabe in the 4th late corners and obviously our boy Josh was amazing but when it comes to the offensive and defensive line we are subpar at finding and developing these guys. McDermott and Frazier are also great at developing these corners and safeties and I’ll even give them LBs because Milano is a stud but they need to find a guru with the D and O line because it’s been lackluster for years. Hopefully this is the year we hit on the O line and maybe don’t pass on guys like Pickens for one trick ponies like Cook. I highly doubt Beane makes huge changes at the top but they should definitely consider letting Frazier and maybe even Dorsey go and look at guys like Flores and Wilkes at DC. Let Flores or Wilkes work with what we have because this off-season needs to be all in on getting Josh everything he needs. Drafting O line and finding a 1B at WR. Plenty of RBs to be had probably at a cheap price in free agency so I’m not worried there and if we do let Dorsey go maybe let Joe Brady take the reigns at OC if we can’t find the next Kyle Shanahan out there looking for an OC gig lol
  13. I love McDermott as a leader and general all around human being but if I’m Beane I am seriously considering interviewing Sean Payton. We have a once in a generation talent in Josh Allen and our game management, inability to adjust and lack of creativity on both offense and defense is going to keep us where we’re at until a major move happens. I love our Bills culture and honestly don’t like Payton as a person but as far as what we need to get the most out of our team and franchise QB I think Beane has to be considering it.
  14. Tomorrows winner is winning the Super Bowl
  15. I want the jags to win but man I’m impressed with Mahomes this game. Willing his team to win and the jags just botched all these opportunities and can’t stop the lumbering Kelce
  16. I opened this thread thinking it was official but sounds like it’s just speculation am I wrong?
  17. I’m so happy we won but we have to get more creative with our play calling. Dorsey needs to be better. Having Josh throw deep every other play is fun to watch but when you watch burrow and Mahomes have designed plays that get there weapons the ball with space to run after catch you have to wonder why we can’t do the same as frequently. We also need our O line to give Josh more than 1 second to stay in the pocket. The D played well outside of the noticeable 3rd and longs given up by not having Von anymore. I billieve in this team just need some things cleaned up and I’m hopeful that McDermott realizes this too and gets it done. Go Bills
  18. if we’re taking out the retirement boys in Rodgers and Brady Tier 1: Allen, Burrow and Mahomes Tier 3: Herbert Tier 4: Lawrence, Hurts, Goff, healthy Lamar watch the game more closely. It was Doug Peterson’s greatness as a coach. Lawrence did not play well. He may have flashed but he needs to be more consistent and I’m hoping it comes as soon as next week Vs the Chiefs
  19. Breaking breaking news Staley is 100% fired and In comes Sean Payton
  20. Brock Purdy is fun to watch. Remember him at Iowa state playing well but his senior year he kind of bombed. SF found a steal and won’t be surprised if they sell Lance for Pennies on the dollar this off season. Purdy is here to stay On a side note imagine how insane Josh’s numbers would be with this supporting cast lol…MVP and Super Bowl MVP no question. These weapons are like a video game cheat code (Deebo, CMC, Kittle, Aiyuk)
  21. S Jared Mayden LB Baylor Spector CB Christian Benford OL Ike Boettger TE Tommy Sweeny DT Jordan Phillips WR Isaiah McKenzie
  22. It will work out. I’m not an OC but having Diggs and Hopkins is a good problem to have as your 1 and 2 with a pass first team. Davis fits the 3rd WR deep threat mold (he’s proven that). Shakir will take over as the 4th WR and could overtake Davis if he doesn’t ascend. McKenzie will be back to his gadget mode where he’s best and hopefully the OC gets Hynes and Cook in space more too. I’m ok having these problems if we have the right OC to be creative enough to make it work. Hill and Waddle move aside there’s a new dynamic duo in the AFC beast
  23. I agree with this. I want him to come because I know he would be great for Josh and if he would stick with his two year $34 million contract I think we could make it work even if we had to lose Oliver because of it. I think Edmunds and Poyer may stick around because Beane is a magician. I love the idea of grabbing a guy in the draft but that’s more of a crapshoot because we’re not the Pittsburgh Steelers with our wide receiver evaluations. I also think that we need to invest most of our draft capital in the offensive line because it’s too hard to find really good lineman in free agency. Remember he has a no trade clause in his contract so he can pick the team so at the end of the day if we can get DeAndre Hopkins to buy into our culture and not want a massive new contract and it would only cost us a third round pick I say let’s do it and then spend our first and second rounders on offensive lineman
