  1. The talent is still there. If this team were coached by someone like Mike Tomlin or Sean Payton, everyone would be suggesting they're a tough team and will make a SB run. But because we lack the weapons with superstar auras like OBJ or Tyreek, the overall team gets discounted. McDermott needs to find a way to win NOW and lack of talent is no excuse. Let's see if the receivers room can stun the football world.
  2. If I were Pegula, or Josh Allen, I'd be pounding the table for Aiyuk or Justin Jefferson.
  3. This. I don't like the idea of taking an undersized WR. But I don't want Reid to have him. So you c*ck block Reid. Simple.
  4. This needs to shake out with the Bills landing one of those two. Otherwise, the torches are gonna be out for Beane.
  5. Exciting. Maybe we can get another fourth rounder! and swap 7s.
  6. Beane got b*tch slapped six ways from Sunday. Asleep at the wheel.
  7. I do not hate the trade back in general. But not to the Chiefs. The only thing you should be saying to the Chiefs if they call is "go F* yourself." Don't let Andy Reid do anything he wants to do. WTF!!!
  8. Nolan got fired after leading a weak team to the conference semi finals. They were tremendous overachievers . . . Jason Dawe, Brian Holzinger . . . not elite talent. How can you fire a guy after winning a playoff series? Not to mention, that was the year Hasek got hurt in the postseason (or was he faking?) and he still managed to win a playoff series with Steve Shields in net. Don't understand how anyone can dog him. Hasek wanted him out so they pushed him out. Then he had two seasons with the Isles and made the playoffs in one of them. Isles at the time were infamously dysfunctional As far as his second stint in Buffalo . . . it hardly seems right to hold it against him after the LaFontaine fiasco. Management was dysfunctional. Ted Nolan got shafted hardcore. Never got a fair shake and it's a shame. Not saying they should hire him now. But someone certainly should.
  9. Does this mean it's acceptable to wear an OJ jersey again?
  10. He "liked" a tweet that said Bills fans are the worst and bitter AF.
  11. Personally, I think this deserves a thread of its own. But I also understand why some fans don't want to go down this rabbit hole. The bottom line: Diggs is too emotional. Last week the fans "were the best." This week, they are the "worst." The truth is that you don't want guys who are too emotional going into battle with you. You need guys like Brady (who napped before the SuperBowl.) You need to be able to turn emotions on and off at the right time. Diggs isn't able to do that. So, ya know, **** him. Go tear up another team's locker room.
  12. Fair enough. I'm mad at him because he could have been part of the solution, but instead made himself part of the problem. Taking himself out of games? Undermining his QB's confidence? Allowing his brother to bash Allen on Twitter and not sticking up for Allen? Allen is 27 and needs a good support system around him. Diggs was the worst kind of personality. Dorsey and Diggs majorly screwed up the O in 2023 and it's a damn shame. How did KC fare after they got rid of Tyreek Hill? (Immensely talented but also a head case). Diggs is a top 20 receiver who benefited from having a top 3 QB. I don't wish him well.
  13. The NFL is a 365 24/7 operation. We are in the heart of the off season. What do all the fans complaining and commenting here want the media to talk about?Potential practice squad players? No one cares about that. The audience cares about superstars. That's Diggs and Allen. When Buffalo was an irrelevant franchise (for more than a generation!) fans complained that the media wouldn't talk about them and always disrespected them. Now, the media is in love with the Bills and fans still complain. Josh Allen is an icon and everything about him will be a national or even an international story. He's part of the fabric of the NFL now. This is because he's so immensely talented. We can't have it both ways. With immense talent comes hyper publicity.
