The "fatness" doesn't bother me but the bigger guys also seem to get lazy and not want to get better just get paid. Dan Wilkenson comes to mind. To me he's a huge risk to not pan out in more ways than one. But we need a fatty in the middle

I'm not big on Campbell but I respect his toughness and ability to play behind a terrible offensive line. We thought our line sucked- and it did- but the skins line is a couple notches below ours yet he was able to make plays. That part is interesting he doesn't need everything to go exactly right on a play to execute it. All in all I also would rather have Thigpen but for Whit and a pick I might grab him anyway he would be a capable back up

Wyche is a highly respected quarterback coach but having said that I mentioned before on here- he is inaccurate as is now they are going to change how he's thrown a football all his life and he's going to be more accurate ? no way when he fails at the pro level it will be of course one thing after another no matter who he's playing with.....the line stinks...no receivers....no running game.....coach is an idiot...the defense is too weak...etc. There are always excuses if you wanna look hard enough

Why is everyone caught up on developing a quarterback of the future? What is the hurry? Thigpen can start now and he's 25 years old he could be the starter immediately and for the future. If we grab McNabb we are in the playoffs for the next 3-4 years in a row, bring in a draft pick sometime during that stretch no big hurry. If not it's hurry up and wait - tired of waiting when we don't have to

TOTALLY AGREE !! he wasnt great but he was solid, we could do and did worse but there is room to do better also hopefully this year. We are not in position to have one of the few actual NFL linemen we have on the squad, head out. This is a kick in the gut.

So they are going to take a kid who is very very inaccurate and change his throwing motion which everyone agrees is way to slow and long. So inaccurate to start with now a new motion and they expect he will be more accurate ? Nope and don't take him. HUGE difference between college where he plays with alot of the best players in their league and the NFL where he doesnt. RUN AWAY
