  1. Holy crap. The problem isn't with Stevie. He is a football player who is wearing a shirt. He's not a priest.

The guy is 26 year old and married with kids. He's never been in legal trouble, has a college degree, & worked from the bottom to a profession that pays him millions. He is the definition of success. He is also one of the all time Bills in taking pride in Buffalo. He played with a QB that struggled to throw 10 yards. TO would have thrown Fitz under the bus. SJ doesn't quit on routes like Moss. He doesn't assault teammates like Steve Smith. He doesn't head butt his girlfriend like 85 or wear a rug like Welker.

This is so laughable but leave it to some of the high & mighty saint Bills posters to find fault. SJ is one of the best things about this team & every other fan base would laugh at the fact this is even an issue.

But this is way worse than the Pouncey twins wearing Free Hernandez hats. Think of the children!!!

I respect what you're saying here, CB, but I don't think it's as much what Stevie hasn't done - - it's more about what he's doing by posing for this picture with that shirt on. I don't think it's a big deal. I actually laughed when I saw it.

But I still don't consider it acceptable.

And, since you mentioned it, yes - he is a family man with young children. That makes it even more unacceptable.

As an NFL player, it's not his duty to be a role model to America's children.

As a dad, it IS his duty to be a role model to HIS children.

    My stance: Funny, harmless, inappropriate.

  2.

What you call Upstate on your list, I call the Adirondack Region.

And one guy I used to work with was from Long Island. He said they considered everything north of the Tappen Zee as Canada.

What's weird is that I live in the Adirondacks and I've always qualified where I live as "upstate." I've never said I lived in the Adirondacks. I think, as an upstate NYer, it has alway been the priority to clearly state I am not from NYC - mostly because of the bad reputation NYCers have.

i'm central new york and i have no clue what stewarts is

when I was living in Richmond, i used to tell people that I was almost as close to NYC from Richmond as I was from Syracuse(an extra 90 minutes from richmond), but still it makes the point.

Come to my neck of the woods. I think the maximum distance between Stewarts stores is 5 miles. Not exaggerating.

This is so frustrating that everyone else in the country immediately thinks I live in Manhattan because I live in ny state. I have to constantly tell them I can see Canada on my drive to work and I'm probably 8 hour drive from NYC. that usually helps to give others a comparison.

But its annoying anyways. I don't talk with a downstate accent, ny state is big, its not a giant city, in fact shocking to some its more farm country, rural and mountains than not.

I always use Lake George or Saratoga as a landmark or people. Similarly to you, I state travel times. 2 hours to Canadian border. 3 hours to NYC. 5 hours to Buffalo. Helps immensely.

  3. Newport RI tonight. Boston was nice. Went to cheers and had a few beers then we went to Salam MA to check out some of the old historical buildings there that my gf is into. Took some bikini pics but shucks I can't seem to get them to post 😜

Well, you followed half of my advice .... The least desirable one. Where to now?
