  1. Chandler - I don't think Chandler is 100% healthy yet and he would of had a huge touchdown last week but EJ missed him. Graham - If you listen to Joe B. it seems like Graham isn't part of the gameplan. Hopefully this changes and we can get him more involved. Gragg - Been inactive, how can you be disappointed in a player who hasn't been active for a game. Shows he's not ready but we kept him for a reason and he can be part of the future. Easely - Showed a lot in the preseason as part of the 2nd and 3rd teams. Right now we have WR's that are healthy and deserve to be playing over him. I believe he will get involved as we expand the playbook for EJ. Remember how Russell Wilson and the Seahawks started last year? Russell had a limited playbook and their offense expanded as the season went on. I think you will see the same thing here.
  2. Everette Brown - DE/LB http://www.nfl.com/p...n/71227/profile - He's a bit undersized and that was his billing coming out in the draft but he is a supposed "speed rusher." May be worth a look but we may not have a spot for him. Dennis Dixon - QB http://www.nfl.com/p...xon/748/profile - would prefer him over Thad Lewis just due to experience as 3rd QB.
  3. I was just looking through that and I would have to agree. Ballard was a steal in the 7th round. Honestly, it is pretty pathetic looking at all the misses the Bills have had in the past 10 years. Buddy has been better but still average compared to the talent evaluation we had in the late 80's through the 90's. How in the hell did we draft Gary Anderson and he not make the team in '82? Now that was the year I was born but come on. I just looked up our kicker from that season and we had two different kickers and both were terrible. http://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/buf/1982.htm Ugh I just had a flashback of Super Bowl XXV and replaced Norwood with Anderson in my head as our kicker...
  4. Been watching the Bills since '89 when I was just becoming old enough to comprehend the game with my father. The success and failures of the early 90's made me even more of a fan of this team and I have followed them religiously ever since. Everything is cyclical in sports. Unfortunately our failures have been a little longer than normal but we will experience success again and when we do the fact that I have stuck by this team through it all over the last 24 years of my life will make it even sweeter when we do.
  5. Cellino and Barnes, Injury Attorneys, Call 888-8888. There damn jingle has been in my head for the whole season.
  6. I was about to say the same thing until I saw this post. He was a beast for us in that game.
  7. First of all this is a blog and I believe its meant to be humorous. Now if you couldn't see that just don't visit the site. I like the site. +1 FTG.
  8. Heck, I can't name him but wasn't the guy that had an interception (MLB I believe) in the SB a UFA pickup mid-season? I agree with this point. My only concern is with how young our CB's are. I like our upside but we are very young at corner.
  9. Dad's Family is all from Buffalo but I was raised outside Chicago. Currently living in Louisville, KY. If you are ever down this way come to Rootie's, which is the only Bills Backers Bar in Louisville. The owner has an awesome skullet!
  10. 1: Ryan Tannehill QB - Miami Dolphins 2: Michael Floyd WR - Buffalo Bills 3: Courtney Upshaw OLB - Pittsburgh Steelers 4: David DeCastro G - Cincinnati Bengals 5: Luke Kuechly LB - Seattle Seahawks
  11. Sorry Chicago, work is calling. Eagles select...LB Bobby Wagner Utah St
  12. Philly selects LB Bruce Irvin, West Virginia
  13. I think if 1:30 PM rolls around and Dallas hasn't picked yet I'm going to jump in front of them just like in real life...
  14. I assume we just PM you the pick when it comes up? Is this correct?
  15. Philly GM here lurking around and also PM me for any trade offers.
  16. Was out in Vegas for March Madness this year and saw this awesome T-shirt as I was getting in a cab on the first night. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-eZ8J9lzwV0E/TnAE_-WhYEI/AAAAAAAABAc/eANA_UEGk9I/s1600/russell+t.bmp Definitely would look good with a Bills Makeover.
  17. 1. Terrence McGee's tenure with the Bills ends with final rounds of cuts 2. Sam Young is our opening day starting LT 3. Buffalo clinches a berth in the playoffs with a win at home in the SNOW! 4. Buffalo wins a playoff game on the Road!
  18. Being an SEC guy (UK Alum) I've been able to see Jeffery quite frequently over the past few seasons. Jeffery is a better WR than Sidney Rice (they've followed similar paths and came from the same offense) was and for a majority of his career in college he had a drunk throwing to him in Stephen Garcia. Jeffery played a little larger in college than at his pro day and he was able to get away with it as his seperation and leaping ability on jump balls is exceptional. Mayock was in absolute love with this guy after his pro day and as long as he keeps his weight down in the NFL and plays at the weight he showed at his pro day I think he could be a fine choice. Now with that being there are other receivers with similar builds (Brian Quick from Appy St., Marvin McNutt) who could add to the position and could be available in the 2nd or 3rd round. Now if they are looking for a receiver who is a burner you would have to take a look at T.Y. Hilton out of FIU. Kid is a playmaker and is a little bigger than Roscoe was. I wouldn't rule him out as a possibility as Chan seemed to really like a healthy Roscoe and if we want someone to stretch the field this guy can do it. And as for our number 1 pick I'd be happy with Glenn. I agree with other posters who have stated this guy may be the 2nd best tackle in the draft. He has the body to be a LT and his upside is there as he has only really played 1 year at the position and in a tough SEC. Remember Buddy likes SEC.
  19. QB: 4 I don't rank this as high as a few of you did because I feel Fitz's injury (that we didn't know about) did hurt his 2nd half play RB: 3 Agree with the comment about a Power Back or a FB; however either of these could be address with undrafted free agents WR: 8 Definitely need to grab a WR in this deep draft as we can't count on Easely...yet TE: Unless Fleener falls to us in the 2nd round and we already addressed our T T: 10 Feel our first round pick has to be a T as we have ignored this position for to long...Reiff or Glenn could be the option G/C: 5 Strength of the O-line but Wood's durability could become a concern DE: 5 A developmental prospect would be a good idea DT: 2 No need unless we feel there is a player too good to pass up LB: 8 Definitely need to get an OLB who can cover TE's CB: 8 Williams will be a starter for a while but a CB could be a possibly in the 2nd again S: 2 Strength of the Secondary will only be better this year with a pass rush and Searcy is there for depth P/K: 2 Fluke injury to Lindell won't happen again, Moorman will bounce back As you can see I feel the Bills address Tackle early in the draft and then look at BPA and hopefully address CB, WR and LB in the first four rounds.
