  1. I get your points, and Legette may be great, but Mitchell and Thomas have better production over 3 seasons than Leggett does Leggett does over 5. Mitchell also has 3 TDs in the CFB playoffs.
  2. love the idea of Cowing. Also like the Fla WR as a 2nd round guy if we get Legette first. I think Cowing may go earlier than some of the mock draft sims have him going. I could see late 2nd, early 3rd.
  3. Marvin Harrison Jr., Ohio State - Arizona Cardinals Rome Odunze, Washington - Giants Ladd McConkey, Georgia - SF 49ers Brian Thomas Jr., LSU - LA Chargers Xavier Worthy Texas- KC Chiefs Bonus Bills pick - AD Mitchell
  4. I think they are underrated. The loss of declining Poyer and Hyde is not as large as it's being made out to be, neither is the loss of Diggs, who was absent the 2nd half of the season, nor White, who we haven't really had for about a season at this point. More noteworthy as positives are the "additions" of Milano coming back from injury as well as potentially Miller, and Kincaid having a year of experience.
  5. Tampa, Denver, Dallas, or whoever is left. Thanks, @Virgil
  6. Reuter has put out the worst mock drafts for the Bills all mock draft season. He is either a Bills troll or ignorant of the teams needs.
  7. great points. Having Milano and Bernard back is a huge positive that outweighs Poyer and Hyde departures. Plus a rookie safety will likely be drafted who can fill in (I’m thinking a U Miami safety).
  8. with 2 good TEs in the middle and a great pass catching RB, and the best OL I could get 1 or so. Now, I’d likely have 10 plus ints and a 0.0 passer rating. a slight difference would be if our sole goal is to complete a pass. now if we are playing to win with route variety including deep passes, those outside the hash, etc. and not running a high number of plays for a completion, its likely 0.
  9. prayers for him and his family
  10. No biggie here. For example, the Steelers are not 100 percent owned by the Rooneys.
  11. The thinking is that we do not have WRs who have the ability to win in the playoffs. There is no one that strikes fear into a DC. That said, a rookie may not either, but one of the top 3 are likely to come onboard and be producing by the season's end/playoffs, and, since WR is a position where salary's are exploding, it makes sense to get 1 in the 1st and another on a rookie deal.
  12. this does demonstrate that there are more potential winners in Rd. 1 than later rounds. We wait till Rd. 2 or 3, we better take 3 WRs to hit on 1. We really need to grab a top 3-4 in Rd. 1, and then try again in Rd. 2. The later parts of the draft appears filled with 1T DT, rotation Edge, backup OG/C, and S.
  13. I agree. Hoping for OBJ on a decent 1 year deal to pare with a 1st round WR, Shakir and Kincaid.
  14. need a legit game changing WR1 who can function in the playoffs (something Diggs did not do). If Diggs shows up in the playoffs, we are likely talking about at least 1 SB win. I think we need to move up for one of the top 3 (Nabers, Harrison, or Odunze).
  15. talk about the process, duh!
  16. Here is another one from PFN. Traded up for Thomas, still got Polk. Then got G Coleman, who I know nothing about, but everyone here loves. Then a DT who the Bills seem to like, a S who is big and can cover TEs, and complementary RB to Cook, a productive Edge, a backup safety and a K to challenge Bass.
  17. perhaps my fav yet. By the time the first round pick came up, all top 5 WRs were gone. So I traded down and got this great combo. Also got a 10 year C for Allen in Baton, a great G in Rd. 5, a kicker to challenge Bass, OT, DL, and S help.
  18. if true, another reason (beyond need for 2), to draft 2 WR early
  19. they won’t, but they should if he is around in the 3rd. good risk/reward spot.
  20. Yikes. There would have to be a Pro-Bowl vet QB thrown in, like Hibbert, Stroud, or Mahomes, plus a bunch of 1st round picks. Swinging at a rookie is just too dangerous--see drought years.
  21. Hey, who you calling a dork....message board nerd, it's nerd, not dork But yeah, he does know more, but I feel like he may be wrong, or at least there are less "high level" guys this year, but I think a lot of guys for depth purposes (backup DTs, RBs, etc.) I think it looks good for us because we need 2 great WRs (draft has those), and then a bunch of backup types all around.
  22. So many, draft appears deep at the type of back we need (bigger, not necessarily a home-run hitter).
  23. totally agree. This is not the Pats**, we had them beat twice before McD blows it.
