  1. Looks like Tarzan in the regular season, plays like Jane in the playoffs.
  2. Huge stop there on 4th by the Ravens D. Could be a game changer.
  3. Will Gru be replaced by 'Kermit The Frog' wearing a red #15 jersey?
  4. An explosive play by the Ravens for a TD. Bu...but...I thought the "impenetrable" Chefs D was elite.
  5. I'm neither excited nor disappointed in this hiring. I was resigned to it. It felt inevitable given the m.o. during this period of time with McDermott under Pegula. If Brady sucks, the Bills are in trouble. If he's very good, he will be hired away as a HC somewhere after a year or two and Josh will be on to yet another OC. Rinse & repeat. It's the single biggest reason I wanted McD replaced by an offensive minded coach. This will be a never-ending cycle for 17's career as long as he is elite. Any owner in this day and age of football who still considers hiring a DC as his HC is, at best, completely unaware of how the game is now played or, at worst, acutely obtuse.
  6. Best to you and the kids in this trying and stressful time. Stay strong for them and keep the faith. 🙏
  7. It's a no win situation for the fans. Even if Morris turns out to be decent, they will have to endure a never-ending revolving door of OCs like Bills fans. I can't believe that any front office in this day and age would even consider hiring a defensive-minded person as their HC. Have fun, Atlanta.
  8. I mean, a little common sense should prevail, no? Red is KC's primary color...no es bueno hoy!
  9. So, if the game was a win and in the '70s, then you either saw the Chiefs in 1973 (very topical considering the opponent today) or the Raiders in 1974 (the Ahmad Rashad game). Those '70s teams were pretty sad with winning records in only '73, '74 (playoffs), & '75 and only 7 MNF appearances (2-5 record). That decade was my indoctrination into the Bills as a little kid. The kids today have it much easier with these Bills. 😁
  10. Drac, I don't mean to spoil your memories but, if you have the game correct, the Bills did not win. If OJ really was on the team, the Bills certainly did not win. He was traded to the 49ers prior to the 1978 season and the Bills were '0 for the '70s' against the Dolphins. They only played Miami once on MNF in the '70s (1976) and lost, 30-21. Hopefully, you meant another game. Concur, mup. I'm so glad that my two sons, now in their early 20s, get to experience 'The Josh Allen Experience' and to soak in this iteration of the Bills like I got to do in my 20s with Jim Kelly and the Super Bowl era Bills teams. Much like your buddy, I wish my mom, dad, and grandma could have been around to see Josh and this team. These opportunities are fleeting and I may not get to witness another generational talent at QB. I want to experience one Bills Super Bowl win with my loved ones and the good people on this board before it's my time to slip into the great abyss. GO BILLS!!!
  11. He's not good but his brother is one of the best in the league. Too bad the Packers couldn't have swapped them out.
  12. It's the old cliche, "good teams find a way to win". The 49ers were the better team coming in, even if they didn't play like it tonight. It's unfortunate that Green Bay couldn't hang on but there are no style points awarded for a win or a loss. Survive and advance. San Francisco did just that and this game has no bearing on their next. I'm sure the Lions and the Bucs would much rather have taken their chances against the Packers.
  13. You should probably be more concerned about Mahomes than Bass.
  14. It's certainly starting to feel like they're about to gift this game to San Francisco.
  15. Here's a weird one. When I was a kid, there was a strange scheduling anomaly in 1978 that saw the Bills and Chiefs play each other twice in the regular season. The Bills won the first game in Orchard Park, the Chiefs won the second game in Kansas City. Both teams were awful that year. Kansas City's kick returner that year was RB Eddie Payton...Walter's older brother. It was also Chuck Knox's first year as Head Coach of the Bills.
  16. Another former Chiefs & Bills player I forgot...RB Jeff Kinney.
  17. Who could forget All-Pro DE Art Still who was traded from the Chiefs to the Bills in 1988 and was there for the infancy stages of the soon-to-be Super Bowl teams? And Head Coach of the Super Bowl IV winning team, Hank Stram.
  18. Just imagine the nip in the air...
