  1. As it stands the bills will be starting seymor and darby at CB next season. they need a starting CB ASAP. There should be one left at 27- gareon conley kevin king chidobe awuzie all have first round talent.
  2. the bears are absolutely insane- i would be busting the TV if I were a bears fan. giving away (3) picks to move up one spot? apparently they learned nothing from the jay cutler trade that set them back 10 years. the bills did the right thing and i bet they get a solid player at 27.
  3. there really wasn't a standout player left for the bills worthy of the # 10 pick. but a pick for tomorrow is a good deal.
  4. its a good trade. the bills picks were gone already.
  5. i would be very happy w foster
  6. but he beat bama in a big game against a pro style defense.
  7. well said. catch 22 for the bills this draft. except for part about te and charles clay. clay doesnt seem like the guy and the bills could use a serious upgrade at this position and hopefully learn how to use him effectively.
  8. 1) will he still be on the board when the bills pick 2) no
  9. Really? Well thanks for pointing that out. Do you really believe that the OP thinks the NFL draft works like an effin video game and that the Bills can trade down with the push of their wireless controller?
  10. steve it depends. i would like to see them get an impact, immediate starter WR in the first round, if one is still on the board and they can trade down for an extra rd 2 pick then go for it, and pick up a QB and a safety in rd 2. but they need an immediate impact receiver or the draft is a failure for helping this season.
  11. Could very well be a good thing for the Bills- most teams seeking QBs will grab them in round (1) so they can exercise the 5th year option - even though (and because) they are all development projects.
  12. Oddly the number of prospects they have visited with is on the low side compared to most other teams FWIW. http://www.walterfootball.com/prospectmeetings/byteam?tih
  13. LOL, Or Las Vegas. "Sin City" is just an unfair, stereotypical exaggeration.
  14. According to Bill Polian he is the most talented QB in the draft. At least Whaley won't be able to deny he needs surgery after he drafts him, unlike last season's Shaq Lawson mishandling.
  15. Absolutely. We cannot pass on him. Unlike Johnny Football, Kelly does not have a substance addiction. Big difference. Their entire team cultures and fan bases witnessed or is acutely aware of the Bills Kelly era. Anyone associated with the league or its teams. Come on man! Four straight super bowls? Is it verified that he has an addiction problem?
  16. The Bills..... The Jets ..... and The Dolphins. I shudder at the thought of Kelly getting selected by those other teams and making a go of it. I just could not imagine how surreal it would be to watch a Bills / Dolphins game and see Chad Kelly shred us. http://walterfootball.com/ProspectMeetings/ByTeam
  17. you're on. the idea that teams want to have the ability to own these project QBs for the fifth year option makes sense for them to all be drafted in the first round. steep price to pay and i surely hope the bills do not waste their no. 10 pick on someone who could ride the bench for a year or two. Whaley already screwed this up last year. I just cannot see them doing that again. A legit no. 2 wideout is critical for the offense to take a step up- even with a healthy watkins.
  18. no way. top 4 QBs are gone in round 1. if the no. 2 is on the roster then this is sad. very sad.
  19. negativity exists in other markets. the press in ny and chicago easily eclipse the buffalo media when it comes to negativity and people bashing. heck, the chicago media trashes mike ditka!
