  1. Honestly do not care. Doubt I'll watch at all until Superbowl, and only then if I'm at a party. Except for the Bills, I really don't give a rats ass about football anymore.
  2. What makes you say that 26CB? Gillislee, though not as explosive as Shady, did impress this season. Is McCoy's cap hit worth twice the average of the top 10 RBs? If I'm Whaley and someone approaches me with a good offer and willing to assume the Shady contract, I'm all ears.
  3. The only way this makes any sense at all is if Rex decided to keep his nose out of the defense and be just a HC. Anyone who thinks Rex is even capable of that hasn't been watching. One day into the off season and here we go
  4. Very lucky, terrible coverage in that situation. The Bills were loose all game, you could tell. It's much easier to play, and coach, with no pressure on you. On to next season, and time to concentrate on the Sabres
  5. I have never believed the Sabres started off the season tanking on purpose. But instead were smart enough at some point in the season to realize how horrifically bad they were already, and held the fire sale. Maybe you tank for one season in professional sports, maybe. But not for as long as the Sabres have been bad. To do so for that long, on purpose, would be a criminal fleecing of everyone who purchased tickets to games. Particularly season ticket holders. But regardless, hopefully enough of the draft picks of recent years become quality players and the Sabres can become relevant again within a couple more years.
  6. Maybe this Marios plan was all along. Get the Bills to release him so he can land somewhere that doesn't have Rex as a coach. I guess we will have a better idea when we see where he lands.,
  7. Chip Kelly’s Problem Wasn’t The Hurry-Up — It Was Everything Else http://fivethirtyeight.com/features/eagles-coach-chip-kelly-fired/
  8. I was kinda wondering that myself.
  9. As far as I have read, and I could be wrong, the Ryan hiring, including contract terms, was the decision of the Pegulas directly.
  10. Smart move making this statement. Most figured there was no way Rex was going to be fired given his contract plus only one year with the team. This statement should end any speculation by the media and fans. Plus now Rex can get back to his important business of making TV commercials for Tops and Dunn Tire since he will be around for another season!
  11. I don't know of any Bills fans that want the Pegulas gone. Saying someone is on over their head does not equal wanting them gone.
  12. I've never had a problem with Lindy.
  13. I agree in concept. However that first season was a big cluster, should have started the teardown immediately. And holding on to Regier as long as he did, supposedly being a long time hockey and Sabres fan, was unconscionable. But otherwise he really hasn't made any Rex-Like mistakes with the Sabres.
  14. Based on Rex's contract, and assuming it was the brainchild of the Pegulas to make that blunder, over their heads at least in that decision seems a fair statement.
  15. The reason the defense sucked balls this year is quite simple. If the D did great, everyone would say it wasn't Rex, he inherited the D. So when the D is great next year he can say he inherited **** and the D is great now is because of how great a coach he is.
  16. Updated all the models. Man you can sure tell they don't take injury reports into consideration huh
  17. Bill Belichick’s Call Wasn’t Entirely Stupid http://fivethirtyeight.com/features/bill-belichick-patriots-call-wasnt-entirely-stupid/
  18. Added CBS and updated SportsClubStats
  19. Gillislee has been a very pleasant surprise.
  20. I know the ball bounced into his hands once and he caught it, but did he do much else? I don't remember. Oh yeah, fell on the kickoff fumble too.
  21. True enough, there is certainly no shortage of hot women in Miami. Can't hold a candle to the B-Low though
  22. That B word is just jealous that Tannehills wife is so hot that by comparison she looks like road kill.
  23. But other that that, what have they done? And, just wait until next season!!! (or the one after that ... or maybe the one after that ...)
  24. CBS with Spread (Bills +3.5) : 4 Bills and 4 Jets. (http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/features/writers/expert/picks/against-the-spread/17) CBS Straight Up: 6 Jets and 2 Bills. (http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/features/writers/expert/picks/straight-up/17) ESPN: 10 and Pick'em take the Jets, 3 take the Bills.. (http://espn.go.com/nfl/picks) Microsoft Cortana (Went 10-6 in week 16): Bills 55% chance of winning. (http://www.cortanapredictions.com/) FiveThirtyEight: (Went 10-6 in week 16): Bills 54% chance of winning with an Elo point spread of 1.0. (http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2015-nfl-predictions/) Amos: (Went 7-9 in week 16) Bills 64% chance of winning. (http://trevorbischoff.com/nfl-2015-week-17-predictions/) FiveThirtyEight predicts a 8-8 season record for the Bills this season with no chance at playoffs. Amos predicts a 8-8 season record for the Bills. SportsClubStats (http://www.sportsclubstats.com/NFL/AFC/AFCEast/Buffalo.html) no longer bothers to predict a season record for the Bills as they are out of the playoffs. Instead they have switched to draft pick mode. If Finish Most Likely Seed 8-8 16 (pick 17th) 7-9 19 (pick 14th)
