  1. Um, I have two questions. One- If the guy tested positive for a banned substance, why is he even elegible on the re-vote? Two- If he tested positive all the way back in September, why was he even allowed to participate in games following the test. Ya know, the NFL is my favorite of all the major sports, but sometimes their rulings make Bud Selig look like bonafide geniouses!
  2. Check back in about Week 3 next year and we'll see if you're not doing the exact same thing.
  3. Lets be honest, as much as it pains me to admit this, the Patriots have been the class of our division for the better part of the last decade. I can live with the fact that one team is dominant over the other three, and doing it for almost ten years is incredible. I know, we along with Jet fans and Dolphin fans dispise New England, but our take on the whole thing is a little more rabbid, and for good reason. We were once upon a time a team who, ourselves, dominated the AFC East for the better part of the 90's when teams like the Patriots looked like, well, US now. But even when we were going to all those Superbowls, the Pats always seemed to sneak up and bite us every now and again. Just like now, the Pats are always the class of the division, but the Jets and fins have every once in a while snuck up and bit the Pats for a win, sporadically throughout the Pats takeover of the AFC east. The Buffalo Bills have not beaten the New England Patriots since opening day of the 2003 season. Seven years. Zero wins. The last coach to notch a win against the Patriots was Gregg Williams. We have had three head coaches since then, Mike Mularkey, Dick Jauron and Perry Fewell. None have been able to even muster up one single win against that team. And, you would have thought 2008 would have been the prime year to get one, with Brady on the shelf and Matt Cassel starting, yet Buffalo struck out twice anyway, and even got shut out in that windstorm at home the last game of the year. You can never change what already is, but you have to wonder what it would do to this group of players if they could've just came up with one win over those years. What would that have sparked? I don't know about the rest of you or how the team feels, but when New England week come, whether its a meaningful game or meaningless game, its like my teams biggest game of the year because we haven't beat them in 7 years. Hopefully Chan Gailey can, if nothing else, get this gorilla off of our backs this year...FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!
  4. WOWWWW! Im really sorry I posted this. I never thought it through I guess. I mean, who am I to post on this board? How dare I? Okay, now all you 'geniouses' can get back to telling us how much Trent Edwards sucks and how you wish we drafted Tim Tebow and the classic Bill Cowher threads, YAWN...YAWN. I apologize.
  5. Yeah, I know its May. None of this really matters or is entirely relavant. But then again, it IS May and we CAN do this. I've been reading that alot of experts think the Bills will be god awful this year. Maybe, maybe... I mean, we really did not have a very good draft. We've done virtually nothing in free-agency, while all of the other East teams have seemingly bulked up. "What it do" went to the Jets, along with Santonio Holmes and Jason Taylor. And, if I'm a Jets fan, I'm saying, "I like that call...that's a very good call". The Pats seemingly had about 5 picks in each round of the draft and are starting to get younger and more atheletic in all the right places. The fins brought in who is one of the best receivers in the game today, Brandon Marshall. However, the loss of Joey Porter and J.T. isn't going to do them any favors, and, the starting QB is still a little unproven. Here's how I see it shaking down: New England: 11-5 NY Jets: 10-6 Buffalo: 8-8 Miami: 5-11 That being said, I think the winner of the QB race this offseason will be Brian Brohm. I don't think the 8-8 record will be because of his involvement, but lack there of. Chan Gailey has always used the run-to-set-up-the-pass mentality. And Buffalo does have some serious tools in Jackson, Lynch, and now C.J. And I don't care what the experts say, with the addition of Dwan Edwards and moving Maybin to OLB, this D will be one of the best in the league next year. I really believe we're on our way back.
  6. No, I'm not saying there's any interest in bringing him in. However, did any of you think we had any interest in the guy we signed last year...that nobody wanted... I'm just praying this doesn't happen. I don't think it would happen, but you never know...
  7. All of them! In the words of Mike Ditka, "Give the ball to CJ, don't throw it!"
  8. ...Now, be reasonable Ralph. This isn't the answer. Now, I know you've done a lot of crazy things over the last ten seasons. You've made a lot of decisions that make us scratch our heads, but if you do this you need to be commited until your demise happens. Please, we the fan base of the Buffalo Bills have been through enough, DO NOT sign Jamarcus Russell!
  9. Who gives a ****!!!...How much do these idiots make to state the obvious?! YES, we know that the Buffalo Bills are not good! We've known this for the better part of ten years now. And second of all, why the hell would you post something like this on this wall? We know our team is bad. Thanks for nothing SI and yourself. And for the rest of you making cracks like, "Well, at least we're number one at SOMETHING!". Is this really funny to you people? Is it funny when you tell someone you're a Bills fan that they laugh in you face? Cuz I don't find anything funny about a franchise that sucks money out of our "dedicated' fan base year after year and then shove a crappy product down our throats! Thats not funny to me. You people wanna laugh, fine. Apparently losing is funny and entertaining to you guys. I DO NOT accept losing. Havnig a bunch of jackass reporters and writers like Mort, Sully, Peter King and this douchebag making fun of us is not cool with me. And lastly, what the hell are you people going to do when this team moves to Toronto (ALLEGEDLY). Is that going to be funny and cool too? Probably not. That's why this team need to not be on a pointless list like this and actually start winning at any cost! Screw this idiot who wrote this and screw you "dedicated" people who put down your team and laugh about your team, yet still show up at the ticket line to buy an abysmal product year after year. I think its time we give the Bills back exactly what they've given us the last ten years...NOTHING!
  10. 23. Count Dorkula (wow, that was hard) Hey Dorkula, do you have any reason why you wrote that or are you just another tool an this board?
  11. Buffalo Bills fans who are optmistic have to be burning bud or sniffing blow.
  12. Do you tools just disagree with people on this wall for the thrill, or are you really this patheticly bored??? Stop making excuses just to disagree with someones take. Lee Evans is a talent and the Buffalo Bills have wasted his time. How does Lee Evans owe the Buffalo Bills. They've NEVER given him a QB. They fired his offensive coordinator 5 days before the start of last season. You all know that. So stop with this idiocy!
  13. I have a can't miss idea for the Buffalo Bills. The Ralph has the Wall of Fame. One of the loudest staduims (at one time) and hardest places to play in the NFL has the fans (12th man) on the wall. So, why not put up another wall in the Bills' future, ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR....alternate home in the Rogers Centre. I'm talking about the Wall of Shame. In a building where we've never won a game, where there is no cold weather to our advantage, nor crowd noise to help us, virtually no offense every single time we play there. What a perfect place to do this! Here is my list of inductees: 1. J.P. Losman 2. Trent Edwards 3. Dick Jauron 4. Billy Jo Hobert 5. Russ Brandon 6. Marv Levy (the GM) 7. Tom Donahoe (THE GM) 8. Orenthal (The Killer) 9. The Elvis guy in section 8 (oh, sorry, he is a "Section 8", and a tool) 10. The drunk who urinates in the sink at the Ralph. 11. The nob who fist fights with his wife at the Ralph. 12. The guy who changed our uniforms after the 2001 season. 13. The cab driver that tell Chris Berman who the Bills will be drafting ever single year. 14. Chris Mortensen 15. Jerry Sullivan 16. Mr. Big town (bleep)-rider, Colin Cowherd 17. Leon Lett (had he not fumbled in SB XXVII, we would've given up the most points in SB history!) 18. Scott Norwood 19. Bill Cowher 20. Mike Shannahan Feel free to add to the inaugural "Wall of Shame"!...
  14. I cannot help feeling bad for "Money". Since being drafted he's had to deal with the likes of Losman, Edwards and Fitzpatrick. Makes you wonder just how good this guy would be with a quality quarterback in this league. I mean, this guy is simply a class act and one of the hardest working players in the National Football League. Not just recievers, players. Lee shows up every single week, gives 100% on every single play, runs his routes like they're his last every time, only to look back and see his quarterback either get plowed into the turf or watching Edwards check it down to a RB after Lee had his DB burned by 20 yards downfield. If Buffalo is going to rebuild, they owe it to Lee Evans to deal him to where he can be the player he actually is, instead of wasting this guys time and his talent.
  15. I know its kind of "taboo" to talk turkey about other teams' welfare on this board but I just can not resist! NFL Network is reporting that Adam Jones (Is he still going with the PacMan moniker?-Does it even matter?) and the Cincinnati Bengals have been in discussion about a contract. Now, I'm all for giving players in the league second chances. Third chances are okay, depending on who it is. Fouth chances...well, hell that's about enough already! I'll put it as blountly as I can here...Marvin Lewis and the Bengals are only a player or two away from getting to the big game, what the hell are these guys thinking? Adam Jones needs to not be an NFL player EVER again. Tennesee tried as hard as they could to give this guy the benefit of the doubt. Then, he moves on to Dallas. Gets cut...again. I understood why Jerry Jones would take a chance on this scumbag, thats right...scumbag! Jerry is an egomaniac who thinks Dallas can save anybody. I mean, they once took a chance on Ryan Leaf and Drew Henson. But Cincinnati is better than that. That city has been beating itself to death trying to get their organization right. Bad pick after bad pick (i.e.: Akili Smith, David Klingler, Kijana Carter, etc...). Finally, they get it right with Carson Palmer, Chad and others. Marvin, just leave well enough alone. I understand your pass defense isn't number one in the league, but there must be another option out there. Cincy is one of those franchises you pull for when yours is out of the running six weeks into the damn season. Pacman, you wanna ruin another franchise...go sign with the hoodie.
  16. Is this really what its come to...lame references to genitalia to amuse us? Holy Crap. Come on Ralph!
  17. Is it me or does anyone else think the "hoodie" will sign up T.O. at some point this offseason? Think about something, New england has not been to a superbowl in 2 years and hasn't won one in 5 years. It PANIC TIME in Pats-country when they don't win or go to a Superbowl! This is usually the time Belichick and Craft go out and sign every big name, whether they still can play or not (see Junior Seau...repeatedly). They've already signed Torry Holt. Hell, it wouldn't surprise me if they drug that pompise son-of-a-(BLEEP) Tedy Bruschi out of retirement. However, if they do sign Owens, this could be bad news for us, hell, the whole AFC east. Owens, Moss, Welker, Holt??? Ouch! Always good to see Buffalo trying to close in on everyone else in the division by doing...NOTHING! Oh wait, they did draft CJ Spiller! Thats going to help everything! We needed a left tackle, a QB and an OLB. Oh, I know, lets draft a Running Back when we have Jackson and Lynch! You know, I could see if they planned on dealing Lynch, but no such plan is in place! I truly do not get this organization! They just plain don't get it. They wait until the 6th round to grab a LT and a 7th round to get a QB! Does any of this make since to any of you???
  18. Listen, when Edwards replaced Losman in '08, I thought we found our guy. Then, week 5 came, and he got lambasted in the desert by Adrian Wilson. Since then, nothing has been the same, and, we are quick to point to that day as the day Edwards "has never been the same, since". However, lets look at exactly why Buffalo has not had a "great QB since Kelly in 96: '97 - Todd Collins- Never really got a fair chance because he followed a legend and was stuck in Dan Henning's conservative approach on offense. RESULT 6-10.=CUT. '98 - Doug Flutie- Quick fix. The guy was 39 years old when we signed him because Collins failed. Gave us some good moments, but that was it. And, if you STILL have a box of Flutie Flakes, you're a bona-fide tool! '99-'01- Rob Johnson- Got caught in the "rebuiling" years in Buffalo. Would've led Buffalo to its first playoff win since '95, but you know what happened. '02-'04 - Drew Bledsoe - Had a chance to really stick it to New England and the rest of the NFL, but never had the mobility and seemed to lose a lot of his instincts that made him the number one pick in 1993. Could'nt even cut in in Dallas with better talent. Another quick fix. '05-'07 - J.P. Losman- Had a GREAT arm, but had virtually no leadership under Dick Jauron. '08-'09- Trent Edwards- Concussion, Offensive Coordinator fired 5 days before season starts last year, Jauron, Fewell (defesive minds). Moral of the story, I know we all want to jump the gun on this organization, but maybe we need to stop with all the changes at coach AND personel and stick with something for more than two years and build something like any successful team does. (i.e.: New England, Indianapolis, Baltimore, Dallas...)
  19. I'm calling my shot right now. Marshawn will be gone tonight en-route to Seattle for their 2nd or 3rd round pick. I think this will be a smart move on the Bills part. I know I've been hard on the Bills for not being active enough in free-agency, but I honestly think they will be THE most active team tonight on through Saturday. Put it this way...THEY HAVE TO! I mean, think about it, Russ and company haven't hit the "big aquisition" this offseason in free agency. I think the following may happen: 1. Lynch to Seattle for 2nd and/or 3rd. 2. Buffalo picks an O-Lineman (either Trent Williams or Brian Bulaga) with #9 OR: 3. Trades the #9 to Pittsburgh for Roethlisberger. OR: 4. Trades the 3rd, 4th, or 5th for Jason Campbell. 5. If they do have a 2nd, 3rd or 4th, select Tebow, LeFevour, or Pike. Trust me, Buffalo can not expect to sell tickets with the moves (or lack there of) they've made so far. You can not expect to sell a team to the fans after watching Edwards the last couple of years or with Ryan Fitzpatrick leading the way. Chan Gailey wants to make his own mark on this team, just like any other new head coach. This team has Dick Jauron and Marv Levy written all over it! Gailey and Nix WILL make moves tonight! And if not, that will suck and they're even dumber than we thought!
  20. Hey idiots at One Blow Drive, wake the hell up! Are you going to sign anybody with any talent? Anybody who's not a relative of someone who "may" be good in the league or offensive linemen who nobody's ever heard or cared to hear of? Are you really that pathetic that Bill Cowher would rather hit buzzers with Shannon Sharpe and Dan Marino on a pre-game show, rather than coach your awful, no-talent having rotten franchise?! Now, you may be saying "Hey, T.O. signed up to play for us last year!" Again, wake the hell up! Owens signed here because nobody wanted him! "Oh, but he said we were his first choice to go to." Listen, if you buy that then you need some serious psychological attention. What did you want him to say, "Nah, I kinda was hopin to go to the Giants, or the Dolphins or the Pats, this was really my 32nd choice on the list." How big of an idiot would you have to be to believe T.O. actually wanted to be here? We should be thanking him for allowing us to have him here. His half hearted routes that he ran were better than any other guys at full-speed all year. Did T.O. honestly think he was the "missing piece" to our puzzle to get to the playoffs? If I were him, the very first day I showed up for workouts I would've looked around at the (throat clear) talent we had and vomited everywhere, that is, if he actually cared. Fact is last year was an audition for him to get with another team. The guy was notorious for his on-and-off the field implosions and, in a year when he had every opportunity and every right to do just that, he didn't. I mean, half the reason I was excited when he signed here was because I wanted him to clothesline Jauron's melon off! Instead, he came...he got his 6 and a half mill, and left. Good for him. Good for every single NFL player who's played here in the last "decade of disaster" here in Buffalo. You know, there really is no good way to say this and I've came down hard on people who've danced around this subject, and I'm going to put this as respectfully as I can...Until Mr. Wilson passes on to a better place and/or the team is moved to who-the-hell-cares, this team will continue to be a joke, as will its "brass". Stop comparing us to the Raiders, that organization has a few championships under its belt...SUPERBOWL championships, not the 4 consecutive consolation prizes that always get tagged to our name out of pity. And in closing, I've said it before and I'll say it again, until this team proves it WANTS to win, this coming year will be 6 years and counting, that the Buffalo Bills get ZERO dollars from me for any tickets! So excited tonight is the night we pick which 7 games we will win this year! YEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA...(BITE ME, BILLS!)
  21. ...Oh, I'm sorry..."Oh my gosh, not another losing season...", there...HAPPY?! (With gratuitous sarcasm)
