I don't care who starts, I believe Chan will tailor the offense to whomever starts so that they won't fail.

I dont think Chan and Buddy are into gimmicks. Last year, although I thought it was a good move (T.O.), was a gimmick to get fans in the seats. I just don't see our new and improved coaching staff going that route. Having said that, I don't think Jeff Garcia would be a gimmick, he probably has something left in the tank, but I guess we will wait and see what Chan can do with the existing QB's.

Speaking of Schobel and a little off topic, but will we be saving any money from his release and if so, how much? Could we not then sign an OL with the savings?

Only time will tell, I was glad to hear that we weren't going to give another young up and coming coordinator a chance at being a head coach. Our track record hasn't been to good with that, but then again, it hasn't been good with any coaches, except Levy.

I would have to know what the deal with Hawk is, why are they willing to let him go so soon!
