    Juries cannot come to a decision based on supposition like you are proposing . They must only weigh only the evidence presented during the case . I believe A judge will even set aside a verdict if its apparent that the jury came to a decision like the scenario that you propose ?

    Those two aren't mutually exclusive. But maybe some of our legal experts should chime in. It sounds like the Jupiter police had a 5 cent legal counsel and are coming to the table with a case that has so many holes any competent defense lawyer would be able to pick low hanging fruit to get Kraft out.

    This is some silly stuff. NFL voting to take away a franchise because of a rub and tug ? Maybe if Kraft was himself a trafficker? But that’s really not the case now is it. This will end in a fine and maybe a suspension like Irsay.

    Foles gold. The rumors about the Eagles wanting to put a franchise tag on him didn't make sense to me since there was a high risk that they would have to eat the ~25 million if no takers and they did not have the CAP wiggle room .
