  1. Simply put, prices of most things were overvalued and now the government of China is tampering with the markets with all these restrictions etc. in order to attempt to put more "order" in the markets and it's backfiring, spooking investors and they are bailing.
  2. I understand what you are saying, but I believe the main point of the article was to show who the supporters of Trump happen to be. I've read it three times now, and to your point I believe there is an undertone that speaks to that. But it's definitely a secondary and not the primary point of the article.
  3. I couldn't disagree with you more. Jeb in my view, along with Kasich understand the issues more so than anyone else on the debate stage. All the anecdotal evidence of how Jeb performs in live settings in Townhalls, shows that people come away impressed with his mastery of the issues. In regards to your first point, yes in the first few states when there are so many candidates, with 20% support he could end up winning a state or two. Once the candidates begin to dwindle down, those unfavorable numbers will begin to matter a lot more.
  4. How is it BS? when its simply pointing out facts. It's not making a case one way or another, all the article does which makes sense is connect the dots. It simply states that the people who are voting for Trump tend to be less educated and are against immigration reform. That's not a sleight, that's simply reporting what they see in their polling data. No one is saying there is anything wrong with being less educated, Democrats have shown to have had lower IQ scores than Repubs , but that's besides the point. A lot of people are wondering, who are Trump's supporters? That's a legitimate question considering all the hoopla around Trump. So this article delves into their polling data and there is a sensible explanation to it. I'm not gonna lie, as soon as I read the headline, I was thinking Oh boy, here we go again, some article that was written to caste Repubs in a negative light. But then after reading it, I didn't come away with that whatsoever.
  5. He's twice as unpopular as he is popular....Just sayin'
  6. At first, I thought it was an attempted sleight at his supporters but after reading the article the tone wasn't derogatory it was simply putting the pieces of the puzzle together. The findings of what the writer of the article makes a lot of sense, republican voters that are at most risk of having to compete for jobs with illegal immigrants are the ones that support Trump. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the article.
  7. You're a nut if you think Trump or Sanders would be better at the helm than Clinton or Bush.
  8. She can't and she won't. She's beholden to her fringe base much like many of the GOP candidates are beholden to theirs. You can't say ALL LIVES matter without being labeled insensitive and not acceptable. You gotta be against the Key Stone pipeline because that's what the crazy Green's want even though the president's own review of it gave it the ok. You can't go against killing a baby after 20 weeks in the womb because the crazy uber feminists think that a woman can exterminate that baby simply because it is an inconvenience and it's her choice.
  9. This is what I have a hard time seeing how in the world can one justifiably defend killing a baby after 20 weeks. You should know by the damn 20th !@#$ing week if you want to have the abortion. Even if it's rape or incest, get the damn abortion ASAP, don't !@#$ing wait 20 weeks to do it. The last election cycle Planned Parenthood and Obama had the GOP on their heels because of those moron's Aiken and Murdoch. This is a winning issue, no one is saying you can't have an abortion, just do it before they are nearly completely developed. **** man, even studies published in the New England Journal of Medicine state that babies CAN survive outside of the womb around this time period. Give the baby a chance. This issue really gets to me, I don't see how anyone can justifiably want to have an abortion this late in the game. Look it's a damn baby.
  10. I read what cowherd said three times, he wasn't speaking to their intellegence but their academic acumen. This is PC gone wild.
  11. He must have not had his conservative goggles on that day.
  12. With all the great press towards police officers and the constant praising I'm guessing there are lots of people who want to become Police Officers. Recruiting must be fantastic! So much video feed, everyone now a days is their own director and producer via their cell phone, heck if I was a police officer I'd just put myself out there in a position to become a star in one of these youtube features. What could go wrong? Crime most certainly is going to come down because of all of this.
  13. I don't have a problem with subsidizing lower income folks so that they can obtain coverage, but as I had noted ad nauseam a few years back regarding the healthcare law and how it was crafted, the way it is written encourages older and sicker people to enroll through their pricing structure however gives huge disincentives for younger healthier folks to obtain coverage. You need the younger and healthier people to enroll at higher numbers to keep premiums in check so that the risk pools are more evenly balanced. Their whole pricing scheme in order to achieve this is so convoluted and illogical specially when you factor in their paternalistic mandates that the government places on the carriers in the additional 'essential benefits' that for many people are wholly unnecessary i.e, maternity, substance abuse, pediatric and rehabilitative coverage. They didn't think this through too well.
  14. If it was mentioned earlier, my apologies. Clinton email scandal could prompt criminal probe
  15. And it wasn't some typical dumb ass chick that is a peon within their organization, it was both the president of their medical director's council and their senior medical officer. We've seen Planned Parenthood's ads, definitely uber feminism is what dominates that organization and the attitudes of these two high ranking officials I think says a lot in regards to the attitude of how they view things.
  16. At worst there was criminal activity involved, at best the culture that prevails at Planned Parenthood is crass and lacks sensitivity when it comes to babies that are in mother's wombs.
  17. VeryWide Right is a troll account. He is a liberal.
  18. Tgregg is absolutely correct, the Democrats are completely gleeful every time Trump's name is mentioned. This has been the biggest gift they could have asked for, rather than the focus on Hillary's crappy poll numbers and how no one trusts her and how she is having troubles vs. Bernie, the focus has been on the Trump Clown show. There is LITERALLY NO DEMOCRAT that is worried about Trump. Not a one!
  19. Funny you mention that, there was an article written by a GOP consultant in Politico yesterday from Rick Wilson, it was quite condescending and he referred to what you were talking about as “herpes and a hangover”
  20. My father had the exact same observation regarding Romney on the those two other debates. Well, hopefully Trump doesn't run as a third party candidate, the saving grace could be his financial bottom line. Despite his bluster about his net worth, his income has taken a little bit of a hit with all the boycotts etc. Not only will have the Latino's written him off, which has hurt his commercial brand if he ruins the chances of the GOP, there will be some wealthy elite GOP donors who won't do business with him either.
  21. I think people forget that the GOP have won three out of the last five presidencies and would have won at least another if Bush sr. vs Clinton if Perot hadn't run. So it's a myth to believe that they keep losing elections, it's simply not supported by the facts. When was the last time the D's won back to back presidencies? I have no problems with candidates running "aggressive" campaigns, but purposely lying about a race to gin up voters is not the way to do it. Why do you think that an overwhelming portion of the country views him as a clown? We aren't talking about a slight majority we are talking about 2/3 of the entire country who see him for what he is.
