Absolutely untrue... we were +2 in the turnover department and that call stopped us from scoring at least 3 points that could have put us in a position to win and changed the tone. Officials should NEVER, EVER be allowed to influence the outcome of a game in that manner, period.

Where have you been the last few games? This didn't stop us from winning the games, and yet the referees killed our momentum up by 7 as Fitz said and cost us the game. Turnovers and offense has been the key to our success this season, in case you haven't noticed!

Merriman is a football guy, and yet he still hasn't made much of an impact.... the calls for concern on this front are growing with each game played.

If the situation was reversed and the Lions got our ref team, THEY would have gotten screwed and the Bills would have had a great chance to salt away a win. Yes, in fact they are... this season so far has seen the largest yardage total so far after 4 games in years. We just happened to play against a team that is one of the exceptions this season out there.

Their offense could have racked up 600 yards on us but if they only score 23, then obviously we're not THAT bad... our bend but don't break years was a testament to that... outscore the opposition is what matters.

You are evaluating him based on ONE road game against a top 5 defense of a team that we only lost to by 3? If this is your proof, then you had better not choose science or criminal justice as a career field because your methodology sucks.

I just saw that- pissed me off as it was 27-17 at that point in the game. That's all we need is for him to start playing well and make plays, especially against us.

I'll respectfully disagree as the Patriots have already played the Dolphins once, while the Bills and Jets have not. The Jets are by no means out of the race at 2-3 (only 0-1 in the division, come on), but a loss to the Dolphins or the Bills finishes them off.

This is a crossroads game for both teams- if we win, the Eagles' season at 1-4 is all but over with considering the competition in their division while at 4-1 it sets us up for at least 8-8, and if they win, we're 3-2 and possibly looking at 3-4 if we can't beat the Eagles at home. The Eagles are gutless and the Bills are furious, and so I think it makes us a big favorite to win on Sunday. I don't think the Eagles know what they are in for IMO.

Our season comes down to how we play against the Jets, flat out... will we expose Sanchez again for the virtual Romo clone he is, or will our defense let him off the hook like Andy Dalton? Time will tell... until then, the Eagles loom. GO BILLS!

He made a couple of poor comments while we were winning, and so I can't believe this.

You can say it is OK for him not to be a homer, or OK for him for being honest, or even OK for trying to be even-handed, but what he said about the fan with the Tasker jersey was unforgivable, and he should apologize, basically calling 'those few' that wear his jersey creepy. That was obnoxious!

Losing a game is truly inevitable, but we CANNOT afford to lose more than 2 games within the division, i.e. getting swept by the Jets or losing a game to the Dolphins. You MUST have a winning record within the division to be taken seriously, and the game against the Jets at home is another HUGE benchmark. Even if we lose to the Eagles or Giants, it is no big deal if we take care of business in the AFC East!

Cincinnati's defense is as advertised. I don't buy the fact that they played two weaker teams, because even the 49ers and Broncos have played close games each week. Cleveland was supposed to win at home, but someone forgot to tell the Bengals defense that, and they had a healthy Hillis Week 1. I was overly optimistic about the Raiders, but this week I am VERY reserved about this game... I don't like the placement of it after a huge emotional win and frankly it is such a classic trap game that you can throw the statistics out the window. Andy Dalton is not playing like a rookie, and they have Benson this week. I would have predicted a TD or less margin of victory, but hey, at least your analysis was very well done!!
