  1. If this effects your QB's confidence or are afraid it might you start looking for a new QB right away!
  2. Yea or giving their opinion based on the OP incorrect post. What is up with people?!
  3. What takes 2 Week?! Holy cow, one would think this is the 70's. Multi billion corporate transactions come together over some weekends. Ugh! What is the point of all this non-binding, then meeting, then binding bis, and finally the selection stuff. Hey bidders you have 48 hours to get your bids in. You have been prepping for this for over a month. I know the process has been moving at light speed. Just echoing the frustration of some fans with the what seems like a straight forward process and decision.
  4. The list of things JBJ should do is pretty long. He just does not seem to understand, for being credited with a shrewd business mind he seems somewhat clueless here.
  5. I think this is more the fact that they practice different plays in camp then in pre-season games do some vanilla stuff no one on the offense really knows. At least that is what I was hoping while I watched that the other night.
  6. This! If they were going to do it, it would have happened already. Tuel will be the back up this year... because he hit the gym and the playbook in the off season, like a good "Student" and that is what is important to Marrone.
  7. That is pretty fun ... expect now too out of date, as Apple Inc could pay that ransom out of its cash reserves, if they were feel altruistic of course ;-)
  8. Schopp was implying that perhaps he was drafted in the wrong spot or they should be treating him differently not that he is a bust. Its not EJ fault he was the first QB taken or the spot he was taken in. It also not the team's fault that Kolb got hurt(one could argue he was always fragile and they should have choose a different mentor). It is the team's fault for coddling and insulating EJ as if he has already proven himself and that is what Schopp was trying to say. Also the title of the thread is "Well it settled EJ is A bust coach SAL says so" clearly Sal never "said so"
  9. And this was all in relation to a caller commenting that EJ never seems to be on target and his receivers always needing to make adjustments. Schopp, of course, was very pessimistic about Sal's comments and provided more arguments against how the Bills are grooming him. No one called or insinuated EJ was a bust except the OP. Sometimes its like the news channels around here. Lets just present the pieces that make the story we want to tell.
  10. So here is another thought on the Kelly/JBJ meeting. And I am completely giving JK super foresight where none has been earned, but perhaps he took the meeting just to turn them down. Think about it for a minute, if JK met with them, denies it, then once it is revealed(knowing sooner or later it will be) tells everyone he does not believe they plan to keep the team in Buffalo ... that is a knife through the heart of there bid I would imagine. Again, he may just be doing for financial reasons, but maybe Buffalo's favorite son was playing at espionage Yeah I saw that after I posted, thanks.
  11. Just a question: I could be wrong, but didn't they turn down Milstien when he tried to buy Washington? I do not believe he violated the rules.
  12. I was not necessarily speaking of a financial endeavor as much an organizing one. And those skill can/could be applied to other ventures. There are different positions of executive positions in organizations. I do not think he would be offered anything of the like. I was just stating that he has executive experience as the initial post stated he had none. I wasn't arguing how or if they could/would be used. All that stated, its pretty evident that whatever JK claimed to have in place was never there. That alone would give me pause as far as whether to add him to a group I was in.
  13. Hunter's Hope foundation is a huge endeavor that Kelly is indeed an executive. Those management and organizing skills could be translated to an NFL front office.
  14. I keep reading this: The Bon Jovi group(or x group) reportedly made a presentation to the Bills trust Tuesday, in which they were provided extensive financial and background information on the franchise. I was under the impression the Bills were the ones providing information to potential bidder why would any group be providing a "presentation" and why does it keep getting report as such?
  15. This was more my point. Why bother kicking the hornets nest for no reason. A simple "We will have to see how the process plays out" type of statement is what I would expect at this point.
  16. Any buyer local or out of town thinking of keeping the team here.
  17. Did someone tell Woods this?
  18. Maybe Niagara County and the State would rather have that burden? ... hmmm
  19. Funny how he didn't mention if the Fans were on board. ... hasn't that been the reason for failure there?
  20. lol careful you might start something that will take away from the purpose of the thread. BTW I am not disagreeing(or agreeing ). I happened to see a thread on BB.com forums and that is why I phrased my statement that way.
  21. PTR way to make us all wonder! UGH! lol Actually I thought it was a pretty good interview. For all the flack that TG gets I thought he did a good job. Also, I think I noticed someone on here mention Danny Wegman as a potential owner. I do not want to argue finances of DW but I really can not see the family putting themselves in that position. They are very private(the NFL is not) and although charitable I do not see them doing anything like this wether or not they can afford it.
  22. No, the Bills QB have trouble with that tight a window
  23. Yeah cause that is what happened in 2009 when they voted for the stimulus package. All those "Shovel ready" projects took off and put people back to work.
  24. People keep claiming this but I do not believe it is true. Every time I have read stories of a potential sale I have also read that the NFL has provided a list of names to buyers in case they need help purchasing the team. They have a drawer full of "me too" individuals who want in on the NFL. Just because most wealthy people do not want to share their toys doesn't mean the NFL want one owner, otherwise, they would make the controlling owner stake quite a bit higher,
  25. Yes! But I am not sure he can own the Sabres and the Bills , does anyone know? What's the difference of a few hundred million dollars
