It's personal preference. You don't have talk down to them. The players are going to play a game today - not attend a conference; not sign a deal; not make a speech. Roman's situation is odd. We saw him succeed in SF for a short period and then the wheels kinda came off the bus with that offense. We saw him have some sucess in Buffalo last season and then through 2 games this season, the wheels were coming off the bus again. I dont doubt hes a good offensive mind. I may doubt his ability to adapt on the go and counter what a defense is doing to the offense on a given sunday.

Yup. I would take it easy with Dareus and it looks like the coaching staff intends to do just that. We already lost him for 4 games, we dont need to lose him for another 4 games. If Dareus only plays 25-30% of the snaps on sunday, i'd be fine with that.
